We went up for this weekend four years in a row (1983-1986.)It was really cool.CART Indy Car 200-miler and ASA stock cars.The first two years they also raced Super Vees (the forerunner of Indy Lights.) I remember how wild this ASA race was!

My one and only ASA race I been to was this race ... Only thing that sucked that day it rain during the asa race...

Wow. Canadian adverts... Some were cool, I loved the broom hockey ad early on. Did any other catch that first one with Bud? "Not available in all provinces."

Yes, it was a Daytona during the consi race for Cup cars .........Connie Saylor hits the wall and backs up into traffic

Butch Miller stuck to his word lol. I'm Canadian & Jr.Hanley beat a lot of these guys, & built a lot of cars for these drivers.

That Labatts ad has to be the all time worst. Lost Canadians

This was better than cup back then with much more talent, faster cars, a much larger list of potential winners, speed,experience. NASCAR had to break this up lol.

It would take somebody who noes nuthing about racing to hate somebody for being in a crash that involved a fatality..allan always took care of his equipment an wouldnt have risked his own equipment to wreack somebody. You must be one of these jerks that threatened to kill sterling marlin over Earnhardt's own fuck up..I dont wana see anybody get killed but racing was dangerous an the reason it's a joke today is cause their are a bunch of talentless snoty nose kids driving cars with less horsepower than a average street car going 40 miles an hour slower than the mid 80s cause people like you wana whine an cry if somebody gets killed.till the day racing becomes dangerous again itl continue to be a joke..its a dam joke youd hate somebody for being in a racing accident maybe you should watch baseball or ping pong
