  I know this is years old, but Robert didn't sail until AFTER the taking of Gulltown, and he left from there, cos he led the attack! Also, R and L did not trigger the war, you even said what did earlier, Brandon being stupid and Aerys being mad!

  My great grandfather served in German army during ww2. He fought in raseiani, He said his unit was completely destroyed by the soviet tank units. He had shellshock and he never recovered throughout the whole war.
