I was exhausted at 4PM which is usually the time I do one of your routines, depending on my self-assesment of "good day" or not so good day." Today, I said no way, but I saw this new routine and tho it was longer than I wanted, I grabbed a band from rarely used pile and got moving. The patterns engage me. It was all so new and regreshingly challenging. Thanks, I stayed for the whole routine. You are an important part of my health.

Cindy here. I use 2 to 3lbs usually. You can go heavier but for me it really triggers the arthritis inflammation.
