  Ik this is late but the inner bolt on the fuel pump, how long did it take you to get off? Or did you do something special?

  I been told I have a 77 dodge d100 extra cab pickup. So it’s been turning off on me when I go to stop. So I have to put it in park and sometimes have to keep gassing it to keep it alive. So I was told to first start by replacing the fuel filter and see if that got clogged up. Then if that doesn’t fix the problem then replace the distributor. But I’m thinking it’s the fuel pump. What do u think I should do?

  I had the same issue after I replaced the pump and it was a clogged filter have you done anything to the carb? Because if the filter and pump don't do it then I'd get your carb rebuilt and tuned

  I apologize for not responding sooner but not that I know of I thing gm's have a rod that needs lined up but it should just slide in and bolt up

  Stumbled across your video. Just wanted to say thank you for your service! Hope you’re doing good. I just bought a 1977 w200 power wagon for 600 and it’s in desperate need of help. I’ve been a mechanic for 30 plus years and have never done a mechanical fuel pump on a dodge. Only electric in tank ones. looks a bit easier than a small block Chevrolet. No pushrod to pin up with a bolt at least.

  Man I have one in my backyard I live on a 220acre farm my grandparents have owned since the 1920s and we have so many cars on this one portion of our property and my dad who passed away we still have his cars and he has one of these in the aero coupe version it’s got a car cover over it and it’s got the t tops also it’s all there I doubt it will start it’s been off the road since 93 atleast that’s what the tags say on it we also have 70chevelle but it’s not a ss hopefully one day I’ll get to the cars I’m just getting into the hobby that’s how I came across your video

  Gremlins will always throw everything at you, specially if its a build off, like was said before me " never give up" You say you never manage in one take, the way around it is editing... im disabled and can only manage about 15 to 30 minutes at a time working on a build, some of them take several days to complete, but then i use software to take out the parts i want and add it all together, there is some great software out there thats free for computers, phones and mobile devices, i use filmora for my vids and its available on android, kinemaster is another good one for phones.. Its great to see you are still trying to complete it though. Try getting a tripod or a stand of some kind so you can use both hands, its a lot safer and also looks more professional buddy. Ive known people to make a phone holder from lego to get the results they need . Hope you dont think im out of order saying all that, its constructive critique that we all learn from Funky
