  M7a wings, 120 inch flaps, 60 inch extended ailerons. 33’8” total. Maule really should have made that their standard wing. Performs nicely

  Flew an M-6-235 my last 14 years with the Department of Interior. Great airplane, although the interior cabin space is a little crowded compared to a C-185 or a the DeHavilland Beaver. Thanks very much for posting. Much appreciated.

  It makes me cringe to this day knowing that about forty years ago I could have gone up to Alaska be given fifty to a hundred acres of land and lived on it and be up there. Of course the only drawback was the two ways you could get in or out was either airplane or boat. Still, it would have been a good time.
