It's a good job in fairness but looks a bit light to me??? 5mm or 6mm at least,maybe 4mm with an extra bend on each lip??? if it's for off roading,towing or mounting a winch definitely need heavier wall..... imo.... looks great tho,easy on the eye.....

Should have cut holes for the lights then welded plates behind the bumpers so they'd sit flush.

2mm..it is ok and it is strong because of binding the metal....also lightweight approximately 50kg
