  I'm tier 1 colour blind & I know how eyes work, so I've been curious but sceptical about these glasses. My colour blindness is an annoyance rather than debilitating but I do sometimes need help. When you passed that red film in front of the colour blindness test, I saw the 7 magically appear. It reminds me of something we had as kids in the 80's. The occasional toy or box of cereal came with a code that no-one could see. They included a red film for holding over the code to make it visible. I've understood for decades that it was filtering out light. Thanks for exposing & explaining this, scams like these glasses make me see red.

  I knew this was a scam from the beginning, but it still made me cry. When you want something so badly, your brain goes into auto-pilot mode. that is how we ended up with religions!

  I recently took a journalism class at college thinking it would be an easy alternative to the dreadful “composition 2”. However, it was actually much more interesting than I had thought, and gave me a new appreciation for exposés like this one. It’s cool to see content creators make efforts to hold large corporations accountable, great reporting!

  Some people showed the Inside of the glasses (how do u see when they are on) and they said like "i think u guys are seeing everything reddish but for me, a color blind person, everything is now better"! Maybe for some color blind types those glasses are working? Ooooooor its just scam

  These glasses aren't cheap either. For between £200 and £400 a piece they're raking in the money. Makes you wonder why they're allowed to keep doing this when there is scientific evidence proving their products bare fake. It's the same with hair regrowing products like Regain. They all claim that for some it may not work. Perfect get out of jail clause.

  It's been known that most doctors and the big tech corps are systematic, and will always scam you for the money. BTW, what they did was nothing more than a color filter masking everything, and this is why you see different colours, like it's a many layers of one color. It's a known graphic design technique. You put one photo in the first layer, then you put any color on the next layer on top of the photo, and then you select "Color" from the filter drop menu, and there you go. That's what those glasses are for. A scam. It'd be a real hype if the glasses had to filter certain missing colors and replace them with those colors, but nah, they decided to scam you.

  The obvious question should be, why not retake the color blindness tests with the glasses on? You should be able to pass them with flying colors right? (Pardon the pun) Oh yeah, it would have been be a 5-minute video when you immediately found that they didn't work.

  I know this comment is too late to the party, but here we go. I'm not going to comment on the actual investigation, I think that speaks for itself. However: 1. The LEDs of the mic are yellow on some scenes, so please be careful with your color grading in commercial projects. 2. The overall color grading of you is a little washed-off, I don't know if it's a deliberate choice or not. Thought I mention this. Other than that, wow, amazing material!

  Appreciate the comment! When it comes to my YT videos, I literally spend 1 minute grading. That will change as I grow, but there's simply too much to do. I'm basically making mini documentaries all by myself. So I have to prioritise what I spend my time on.

  I wish and hope your channel grows faster so more people become aware of scammers and all those KZreadrs. I was subscribed to Heron's channel for a couple of years probably and watched videos about drones from time to time, not anymore, unsubscribed. Anyway, thank you for your work. 🤗

  I have a friend that said he was color blind. I tested him without knowing, and found out he was lying. I've heard of a social contagion that increased the case of turrets with young girls because of online influencers.

  I have been posting criticism of the “see color for first time” language in comments sections of these gullible articles for years. I have never received a response or request for clarification. Same for colorblindness forums when someone asks about these glasses. I finally gave up. Thank you for not giving up! The glasses can have very specific positive uses, but they don’t improve anyone’s quality of life.
