What would be a good way to practice aim and power with this kick? I dont think practicing with a punching bag is effective as the move is more descendant than straight

Regarding the Pak Sau I've always loved the expression on someone's face when they feel a real Pak Sau for the first time and it breaks the center line 😮 also I have something I would like you to consider making a video about and it's in regards to wear your weight is pressing on the floor while shifting the ball of the foot the center or the heel I found there is no consensus on this worldwide in the Wing Chun community can you elaborate on this topic

When my opponents in an orthodox stance and he throws that 1-2 or 1-3 combination I find it hard to follow up with chain punches due to them fading in that direction and changing the angle sometimes leads me into another right hand especially if I decide to blitz. Any tips

I've been doing siu nim tau followed by 200 chain punches, but lately motivation has been lagging on the last part. This is probably just what I need.

Ok for cardio and theatrics but people shouldn't go in thinking it's a real martial art that will protect them in fight.

Aren't you exposed to a counter by using both of your hands, there's no guard left unless of course you manage to knock the guy from the get go.
