most of Italian towns are ghost towns

The ones in the south are definitely less populated than the north. If I was looking to retire to Italy, besides learning the language, I would look into a home in the south. More laid back and the prices should be cheaper.

Fond memories of spending quality time in Rothenburg on two separate occasions. Awesome experience.

Too bad that the tourist trade is only centered on the warm months. I am sure that the hotels/motels/etc. would provide some attractive rates for the “off season” visitors.

Elevation changes for the elderly would not be a good choice. Nice and flat rules the day!

Merida, Mexico on the Yucatan Peninsula. If you ever have a chance, make sure to visit - rated as one of the safest cities in the world!

No need to go to the gym. Going up and down the hotel layout will satisfy all your daily workout requirements. Gorgeous property

How does Chichen Itsa compare with Monte Alban in Oaxaca?

Seems like a lot of commercial businesses were closed for a Saturday evening. Nice video watching the tourists and locals. What equipment did you use for this video?

I used a phone - Motorola G22 - on a gimbal - DJI OM 4. They were both pretty cheap - around $100 USD - and I'm pleasantly surprised with how well they function and how crisp the video came out.
