Remember how he sang Mighty Love and they couldnt get him off that stage..? We would just cry laughing when we were kids, becayse they would try to wrap ot up but he was feeling it and adlibbing and you couldn't stop him..he was so passionate..theres not many like him

Behind all the greateness of this performance, the nasty Junie Morrison's synth bass and Rodney Skeet's bass guitar got buried in the mix. We need to have a petition for restoring the entire show to premium quality sound and visual. This was epic at so many levels I can't even begin to tell.

Wish there was a complete concert somewhere lingering in the shadows of KZread. I belive this entire show to be THE BOMB. Even the Beverly Theatre show isn't as good as this one.

The George Washinton Carver of Galatic Funk music, & free Spiritual communication inovation. Peerless, but close to Billy Preston, and Steve Wonder as noted by some knowledgeable observers. Yet to be fully appreciated, & understood like Jimmy Hendricks, and Miles Davis, just mention a few Avantguard Creators in space, and time.❤😮❤❤

Hmm... The whole thing is funky but also kind of boring. And I don't know of any well-known bassist who plays AS LITTLE as Bootsy. “Big Tony” by Trouble Funk also played little. But there was (is?) also keyboard bass. Just for comparison: Mark King may play more notes in a single piece, like Mr. Pink, than Bootsy does in an entire concert. Doesn't have to be better. But as a bass fan who plays bass, I also want to hear the bass. It doesn't always have to be such an "inhumane" job as, for example, Leland Sklar's in Stratus or things like Rossana Nicolosi's in Electric Man by Billy Cobham. You hear the bass and want to keep listening. Ok, it's more fusion than funk. Doesn't matter. I just wanted to complain. Haha. Shitstorm can begin. 😂
