This was beautiful, Natalie. Thanks for sharing
You are welcome! It's fun and meaningful to share.💓
This is biologically impossible because brain cells (neurons) dont have an abillity to reproduce because there is only s certain number of these cells and after a neuron or a nerve dies, soft tissue replaces it instead of new neural cells. This is literally middle school biology, dont listen to this
So good to see you!! ❤
It brightened my day to see your note! 🥰
❤Thank you for the information❤ Except for love. I am getting enough sleep & nutrition from my food. But I'm stressed all day and almost every day. The stress of work, society & no love. Can it affect my brain? Btw I've subbed to your channel and wish you luck to reach a million so soon...
I’m sorry to hear about the challenges you've been facing and it’s been worrisome to imagine how this might be impacting your brain. Chronic stress has been shown to shrink the hippocampus, a memory center of the brain. With healthy practices you can build back up your brain's reserve. Your kindness and loving nature are evident, and these qualities can be powerful tools in tough times. Embrace those strengths in managing stress. Reflect on how you can approach stress management with a caring mindset. Whether it's through self-care practices or exploring activities that bring you joy, remember that you have the capacity to foster a compassionate approach to both stress and the need for love in your life. .
Love is always the way ... thank you!
So true!

I am not a fan of cardio but this looks fun. Need to try it sometime. I love to see Buddy photo bombing. You must be pretty new to uploading videos Natalie as you don't have as many subscribers as you deserve.
Paula, thank you for your support!! I am a newbie here on KZread. I love that you enjoy seeing Bubba in the videos! LOL I'm so interested to hear the types of videos enjoy doing! Thanks for sharing! 🥰 P.S. if you'd want a "Quick Start Fitness Guide" send me an email. I have it listed on the 'About' page.
@healthyjustice I still want to do you bellydance workout that you posted. How often do you plan on uploading new videos?
@@paulagabay9915 It's such fun! I hope you give it a go! 💃I hope to upload a new video once a month.
Ha, love the dog trying to get in on the act!!!
You remind me so much of Denise Austin that I followed on VHS and channel 5 back in the day ❤
What a wonderful compliment!! 💖Those were the days, huh? 👯♀
Awe you and Danny are a cute couple. I love Bubba. Pit Bull?
Thank you, Paula! We have a lot of laughs in our house. Bubba's mama is a Catahoula mixed breed.
I love your dog
Thank you, Paula! 💛He loves to lay on my yoga mat. LOL
First time working out with you, great . Thanks so much.
I'm so happy you enjoyed the workout!😅
Hubby trying his karate moves while dancing 😂
Why is it always the person that sneaks up behind someone dancing always is the better dancer? Lol
I agree! The dog showed both those humans up.😅
I think this is a double duty video…. Energizing in a gentle breathful way for morning, and so relaxing and stress releasing for nighttime. Thank you Natalie!
That cop dances at home and tramples people's rights outside.
Try again you liar.
Or saves you from being murdered.........!
The only rights he tramples are other's rights to break the law. Don't ruin a fun video with your Colin Kaepernick shit.
Love this, great warm up for a cold winter day.less than 5 minutes and ready for the day.
Alright now! Glad you found a boost on a cold winter day!💪
Really got me going and awake! Can do this in a small space. The elbow movements felt great to my much neglected shoulders. Hugs from friends and early spring flowers 🌺
Thank you for doing the movement break with me! It sounds like your body loved the running movements. Big hugs to you.🤗
Fun fast and simple.
I'm so glad you had fun doing it!
That’s a fun video Natalie! So simple and energizing.
Love the DOG!
I like it for me.
Wonderful!
That was fun, easy and now I’m ready for the day!
Hey that’s fun!

this is my earliest memory of dancing - the twist. as a 6-year-old at a wedding in Italy around 1960.
LOOKS LIKE FUN.. BUT YOUR DANCING REALLY STINKS..🤣
So does your breath.
Jerome, who you talking to? Husband or wife?
Curte!
Thank you. That made me smile.
Include the names of the songs please
Now this is true gold ! Love it
Having fun now! Great demo- thank you 🎉
You're welcome, Basil! I'm so glad to hear this felt fun!
You are awesome!! Thank you.
Natalie - this was perfect and just what we talked about last week. How to change our attitude towards the food we eat and think of it as a positive. After all - we can't go off food "cold turkey." We have to have it to live. It's all about choices and if we want to enjoy dessert - maybe we can enjoy it one day during the weekend? Thank you for sharing. I will totally try to have a positive attitude when I think about food and what goes into my body.
Yes, it's all about you feeling empowered in your food choices. Often times knowing that we aren't going to restrict ourselves from eating a dessert can prevent us from feeling stressed, and then we are less likely to overeat.
What Karen said! You are so funny!
I love this!! And you are hilarious. I love your zest for life and helping others! Thank you!
Thank you, Karen. ❤️
Thanks for this quick reminder.
Sunshine and dog hugs!
That’s some good food
