  How about we say izuku is immortal because when shigarki touched him it did not do anything he just lost his arms and then at the ended of war he “lost” his quirk so he back to being quirkless but it’s not true that he went back to quirkless because when you have one for all he kept it until you or pass it to the person who you believe in and izuku has to do that so he can lose his quirk and I think he gave his quirk to bakugou or eri
