Ive owned both. The kinetic has way more moving parts, more parts that break. And many kinetic splitters dont get made long production runs , so when break you have to fix them yourself and find belts, bolts, beams, fly wheels or do welding. Hydraulic splitters even if break its quite easy to find aftermarket Hydraulic lines, seals at auto parts or farm stores. And Hydraulic splitters are cheaper to buy new and used.

How about a heavy duty turn table base, when in the vertical position, to make turning the big rounds easier?

Love it. The only thing I would do is put locking wheels on it !! So your job doesn't drift away on you when you are pushing or pulling at a tough nut/screw etc... !!

Nice build. I like the height and that it doesn't appear that the legs leave excessive overhang at the highest reaches.

Great video! Talk about over built! Lumber must be much cheaper in Poland than America. That beast would have cost around $1000 in the U.S. Cheers! Świetny film! Mów o przebudowanej! Drewno w Polsce musi być znacznie tańsze niż w Ameryce. Ta bestia kosztowałaby w USA około 1000 dolarów. Pozdrawiam!
