Thank you so much! I went from a 10 to around a 3 which was manageable but I was also hungry so quickly got a takeaway fish and chips to satisfy my hunger (as weirdly hunger seems to be a trigger for my alcohol cravings?!). This is now the first evening in around 3 months that I’m not opening a bottle of wine

I am just watching this now.. on day 4 of trying to introduce my cats. Didnt have much time to prepare. Saved a beautiful 4 year old siamese from living in a cage in a campground, brought her home to my little over a year regular cat... the new cat is comfortable here now, ready to explore, i have been swapping rooms, and scents, and they can coexist until they see each other, then the stare downs and hissing starts. My existing cat seems more on edge then the new one.. hope it gets better soon...
My vet said one litter box for two cats. So you don’t need all that you have
I use it all the time. It works great for my four cats. My one cat is allergic to anything with fragrance so this works perfectly for them. Been using it for over 10 years.
I have looked and looked for a meat based cat treat I can make so I can trust the ingredients. This is the ONLY one I've found. I did do a quick check on nutritional yeast as I've never considered letting my cat eat it and also on the sardines. YAY!! Both got the thumbs up! The qualifier was sardines in moderation and this recipe certainly meets that criteria. My kity is leading the healthy life on her raw chicken diet with hearts and liver and she never has had "treats" except salmon I poach in water, I really wanted to spoil her with something "fun" AND healthy.

I started your treatment around 4 weeks ago now, my mole is under my nose in the crease from nose to corner of mouth about half way between. Is quite big and I became selconscious about these past few years, I'm a 75 Yr old woman. Now it's almost melted away to the base with another crust layer forming, it is about a quarter of an inch accross the base, I am thrilled how it's gone so far. It's journey has been gruesome to look at and plasters just wouldn't stick the area, so I've applied the APC several times throughout the day and removed scabs as they because loose. Also i had a few small tiny mole clusters, so I've treated those as well. The smallest took only about a week. I am thrilled really. I have skin tags on my neck and chest, which I think I will use the dental floss method for those.
Currently in a BPPV episode. I still need to maneuver, but this helped me feel a little better until then. Thank you!

I had to come back and report that my cat licks her plate so well having made this for her, I have to question if I even filled it! Note I replaced 1 pound of chicken with a lb of grass fed stewing beef. She can’t get it down fast enough! Thank you !

Yes, I strongly would remind people to first check throughout their house, because sometimes your cat (depending upon each cat's security issues) won't leave a hiding place in your house/apt even when you call out to them. My cat was hiding behind a bag on the floor in the corner of the pantry in a two bedroom apt. The incorrect assumption I made concerning a partially open patio door sent me out into the neighborhood for five hours searching, while at the same time my cat was safe and sound in the pantry. My cat escaped a back porch enclosure at about 9pm one night. The cat is long-haired black. As soon as I realized she had escaped (searching the inside thoroughly) I walked the property saying her name. I did this for three hours. I had opened a large portal to the enclosure from the yard. She returned on her own. The key, I believe here was I used her name enough times during the search, (I knew when approximately she had gotten out,) that she knew where I was and I was her security/home and she chose to stay close enough to find her way back. Cats who are your pet prefer the safety/home you provide and want to get back there the same way they left. LOVE. PEACE. God Bless

For the last year or so,I had to leave my cat alone for up to 32 hours at a time,She always had food & water and a clean litter box.I had to take care of my mother who had dementia.She passed in April.A very hard situation all around.My cat (Marley),is finally warming up to me again.She was a kitten when I rescued her as a feral,pregnant cat.I love her very much and don"t leave her for long anymore,
How do you do this when the established cat is very aggressive and has violent episodes that requires medication? He just hisses and growls at her through the door. We tried following Jackson Galaxy’s method but the food bowls on either side of the door was not working. We did a base swap and the established cat reacted with hissing and growling.

Beautiful cats. I have 2 male cats that I love so much. I am a first time pets owner. I must say that you have delivered the info on shedding brilliantly. I was very impressed with the knowledge you have on the cats life 19:12 . I do hope I can always follow you on more info on cats. By the way my sons’ names are Tom & Gerry.
I used a dog fence gate for large dogs because I was scared they might jump over a baby gate… Well the new kitten climbed that thing lolll It was a panic stricken disaster for the humans. The cats didn’t though. Hissing and spitting, but no attacking or fighting. The kitten made it back to her room thankfully.
