Finding the time to visit and explore is a huge challenge (work and life in general), but I know I'll make it happen one day :)

If you take the ferry, I recommend the Yakushima Ferry 2 from Kagoshima. It takes 4 hours, but it is the cheapest option. If you're a student, there's a discount too!
