  im not finding a path in the engine script that says REQUIRES Assets/Kuju/RailsimulatorUS/RailVehicles/Diesel/SD40-2/Black/Engine/SD40-2EngineScript.lua.prev in the lua file. its just -- OnControlValueChange ------------------------------------------------------------ -- Called when a cab control is modified ------------------------------------------------------------ -- Parameters: -- name = Name of the control -- index = Index of the control -- value = Modified control value ------------------------------------------------------------ function OnControlValueChange ( name, index, value ) if Call( "*:ControlExists", name, index ) then Call( "*:SetControlValue", name, index, value ); end end and that's the entire lua script. nothing else for me.

  Doesn’t sound like sd40 more like gp38. Unless it’s the sound from inside the cab.

  At 2:30 I don’t have the start up and shut down noise when it turns off it stays on idle And when I move it stays on idle to so can you give me a free one I have the 16N-710G3C not the 2nd one

  This is great. This would be perfect for all my model EMD SD 40-2 on my layout & train yard. You're so right this is relaxing to hear this engine idling. Beautiful sound. 🎧🙂

  Your probably in 32 bit you need the 64bit

  Love it! I ran the engine rooms of EMD powered towboats for forty one years, and there's no better "fall asleep music" than the engines at idle, with the boat gently buzzing, while you're standing by. :-)

  Y’all should make a Chessie System bundle. It could have B&O, C&O, & WM locomotives. I would pay top dollar for that. Good job on the BNSF locos btw

  @@thetrainshop WM had more SD40s than they had SD40-2s. They have had a few SD40-2s, for example, there's WM 7596 and finally WM 7571. They also had SD40-2s as well. C&O had 40s, not 40-2s. B&O doesn't really have any 40s and 40-2s that aren't patched. There may or may not be a preserved B&O SD40/SD40-2 somewhere.
