  i am performing same assignment as a filed officer last 4 years in BULK OIL STORAGE TERMINAL , my company name PSO (pakistan state oil LTD) , major activity like, Pipe line Receipt and Tank Truck Receipt from Refinery and storage terminal, dispatches , auto filling, Main Tank Gauging, temperature, Density, Quality of product and opening and closing with loss\Gain Report .

  I live near a large lpg plant. The drivers go get loaded up and leave the site then go about a mile away and release pressure into the woods. Is there a good reason to do that? I believe it's illegal but not sure why they are doing it

  @Baby Care I figured it out. They are releasing tank pressure BEFORE getting loaded so it loads faster. There is pressure left in the tank after the liquid propane is pumped out.
