I live near a large lpg plant. The drivers go get loaded up and leave the site then go about a mile away and release pressure into the woods. Is there a good reason to do that? I believe it's illegal but not sure why they are doing it

@Baby Care I figured it out. They are releasing tank pressure BEFORE getting loaded so it loads faster. There is pressure left in the tank after the liquid propane is pumped out.
