I decided to take your advice about Rodriguez and put him on my bench. Hopefully he shines against Orlando
He did alright for me when they played Columbus but it took a last minute goal for his points to be worth taking off the bench 😆 fingers crossed! It's an easy early game bench play
This is my lineup this week: GK- Takaoka DEF- RSL Scrub, RSL Scrub, Yoshida, Wagner, Ragen MID- Acosta, Gauld (C), Bogusz, Evander FWD- Bouanga Bench- Freese, Santi, Pec, Cucho I’m 50/50 if I have the balls to play the captain differential. lol. Could easily just slide that back to Acosta
Def a bold captain play! A bit risky tho as Gauld didn't put up amazing numbers one or two weeks ago. Lucho always a good look, I may be feeling Evander

we made it bro <3 , both in 3rd qualifiers. Now my focus is on the top 50 ( i did a stupid mistake that costed me 46 pts this week by not saving my team) . Not bad for my first season in MLS :D ( and fantays games overall))

I have Kahlina and Uronen on my bench and I might scrub Frei and Ragen if Charlotte look to be getting the clean sheet! Also I went for Mihailovic instead of Rodriguez because I got burned on him last 2 games
I like the Seattle play, but not too confident of a Charlotte clean sheet since they're away and. I feel Santi being an early game gives you that advantage to put him on the bench and see if he hits. Mihailovic has been great, curious to see if he can keep his streak going against a solid LAFC team
@@mlsfantasypicksCharlotte fan here… considering nearly half our games have been clean sheets (9 of 20 games)… it’s probably reasonable to expect a clean sheet vs a poor Houston attack.
@@tarheel8757 Charlotte fan eh, so just a little biased... ;) thats fair, I like Charlotte defense. However, the last time Houston got shut out was about a month and a half ago. Even tho Houston attack isn't spectacular, they can definitely sneak in a goal to break a clean sheet. We'll see this weekend!

Looks good! I'm not high on Lennon this year, mainly ATL overall. Also, I would swap Evander and Bassett but that's just me! :)

When I saw puig was out I thought galaxy would struggle, ended up taking out pec (c) and going with kelsy instead, also chose lod instead of Espinoza what a week

Yes, on the MLS Injury Report for matchday 21 (if you google MLS Injury Report it should be the top option) you'll see Puig listed as OUT. Unfortunate as that would make midfield picks much easier this week! :)

Hey Tommy, on vacation this week, so just uploaded a quick "lite version" of my player picks for Round 18!
My rd 18 team currently GK- Frei, Celentano on the bench Def- Scrub, Scrub, Chanot, Robinson, Malanda Mid- Evander, Cole Basset, Acosta (bench: Espi, Pantsil) Fwd- Chico, Bouanga (bench: Cucho)
I like the Basset play! Could be a good differential this week as there aren't many locked midfielders besides Lucho and Evander

I like Steffen from the Rapids this week as a budget pick. Austin has a whopping 4 goals away, and 2 were from penalties. Also really liking Semmle just for the almost guaranteed value increase
Good call out! For me, game timing is tough as Im looking to do a Keeperoo this week. Tough to do with Steffen and Semmle. But if your looking to increase your team value and have a budget play, Semmle and Steffen are good options

Careful with Dallas, we are laughably bad. As for Musa, he’s the one bright light in our terrible season. If Dallas controls the game and scores goals, no doubt he’ll be in the middle of it
Good looking out! I like Illarremendi's floor. And when it comes to defense, not a lot of great options, so looking at some Dallas after holding their own against LAFC and the fact Minnesota missing so many starters.

I had 81 pts with benteke cap , I was initially going with puig cap , my friend saw my safe pick , he told me not to be a pussy and play it safe xD. That fucker caused me a rank 1 GW14 in MLS . I think Messi will play both games. Think about it… he didn’t go away to Vancouver. That flight is HORRIBLE! Vancouver is the top of Canada and Miami is the bottom of Florida. He didn’t want all the travel then to go into a double game week. So now he’s rested he will start both games.

got 101 points, i think i got 226th this week out of everyone, best placement from me this year.
Well done! And just a heads up, there was a glitch this week as it had all defenders getting clean sheets when in reality there were only a few teams with clean sheets. Expect that ranking to change once the game corrects the points!

Good stuff! I definitely like Wagner more than Zimmerman this week. But for a bench play I like Zimmerman for a potential clean sheet chance (rare but possible) and he generates BPs, and is a threat on set pieces

Thanks for sharing! So with this setup Zimmerman will have to come off the bench as you have to have 3 defenders play. Then you'll have the better of Sanit or Bouanga swap in for that other RB defender. Some guys I like I don't see, Wagner (I'm a Philly guy :D ), Puig has a good matchup as well. I'm a bigger fan of Benteke over Navarro. Can you fit him in with your budget?

@@mlsfantasypicks if Wagner was home I’d be more inclined to take him. I think that game ends 1-1 so I don’t think he’ll get the clean sheet. And as strong as CLT (my team) is defensively…. I wouldn’t expect Kai to end up with many attacking bonus returns either.

There's also been reports that Messi did not fly to Orlando with the team, so there are good chances he's not playing! It wouldn't be a bad idea to have a backup striker and captain just in case! Though always check the starting XI before the match of course!

I just figured this out and immediately thought of you Gavin. When you want to switch placements and organize, you press the sub arrows and then on the player you want to switch the order with and IT WORKS.
