Great video! Are you still going to be doing your short videos where you show your game week team as well? I appreciated watching those and they also taught me to put bye players in my starting XI.

Thanks for the feedback and comment! This season, I will not be doing my short videos where I show my game week team. In my weekly videos I will be doing a recap of the previous week outlining my team and how we did. But yeah, definitely that's good feedback. I can start calling out potential Bye options as well as switcheroo targets in future videos!

@@Fewsic16 A great question and a huge part of the MLS Fantasy game (which makes it very fun 😁) I'll be uploading a detailed video but it's related to a tactic called the switcheroo. What's cool about MLS Fantasy is you can use your bench to preview points in the early games. For example, GW1 I had cucho on my bench. I wasn't sure if he would score and he was playing before a bunch of other games started. So after cucho got 10 points I wanted those 10 points to count. So I swapped Gazdag for a BYE Vancouver player (4M to free up $). The way the MLS Fantasy game is set up, if a player on the field is a DNP, the highest score from your bench will "swap in"/those points will count. That will happen as long as I have my 3 defender spots filled. I had glad, malanda, and privett for defense (my 3 minimum), so then cucho came on for the bye Vancouver guy that did not play

I missed the Inter Miami match cos I only found out about mls fantasy after the game ended. Are there unlimited transfers? Meaning there aren’t points hits like in FPL? Meaning I can get messi for free when I have the chance? Do I still get points for gameweek 1?

No problem, and good questions! Also, welcome to MLS Fantasy :) There are unlimited transfers. You can change your team as much as you like each round (players lock during the round when their game starts). You can get Messi at the start of round 2. Also, you can definitely still get points for game week 1. You just won't be able to have any Miami or Real Salt Lake players this game week as they have already played. There are still plenty of good players to choose from. You can also still join the MLS Fantasy Picks Open League! Link is in my bio
