  The very first Character a player should be grinding Discs for is Anby. Out of all A-rank units currently in the game she has the highest value & priority. Why you ask, because Anby deals the DAZE debuff, Daze aka "STUN" provides an almost "Fischl tier" amount of Versitility. Her Utility makes Anby fit in almost any team comp with nearly zero negative reprocusscions. Next up would be Nicole, Sukaku, OR Ben, depending on your main team comp WHY u ask? Utility,Defensive SHRED, or Support capabilities. Bangboos are Butler & Avacodo for energy & hp regen.

  I’m running the fang/hormone one as a) I need some of those to try make my piper even deadlier than she is (sitting on 375 with fang and I know I can get it higher as had her at 384 with freedom and b ) because she absolutely melts thru it making it 20 seconds for one run

  weakest event in hoyo-history.. only 5 days instead of 7 like in HSR/GI and only 2 runs per day instead of 3 and XP and credits from the runs get not increased either... has to be a joke

  Genshin doesn't have a double artifact drop event. Grinding relics/artifacts is the true endgame as it's probably the least energy inefficient upgrade to farm for due to rng. This offers much better long term value, I hope we see it again on a regular basis.

  @@MortisTangit yeah and i guess only gacha players are able to think a 5 day double reward event with 2 runs per day is better than a 7 day event with 3 runs per day not to mention that sooner or later grinding disk drives will be the only thing people do anyway. so in the grand scheme of thinks this event means nothing and there is absolutely no reason for hoyo to limit it so hard

  ​@@WhiteTrashDiva ​ all events in ZZZ have been lackluster so far, but i am not surprised because people like you accept the most basic shit and celebrate it as the most awesome thing ever.. no wonder hoyoverse does not feel the need to step up their game when it comes to all the mediocre events they put out, because you gacha-bots are satisfied with everything just imagine they would actually put more effort into events and be more generous.. what a horrible idea to make events more fun and more rewarding.. would be an absolut horror for the players i guess.. lets stick to boring events where we exchange stuff at a store or play snake for 15 minutes... i guess the amount of innovation and variety in these events is blowing your mind on a daily basis.. i bet you have never played anything better than running around and taking photos of bangboos. i bet its the most thrilling gameplay you have ever experienced among all your other mobile games lol but why am i even talking, i already learned that gacha players are happy if they don't actually have to play their games longer than 5 minutes a day and that events are not about fun but about how quickly they can be done, because gacha players don't like playing their game and hence all of them being log-in simulators is enough and the faster we can log out again the better

  discovered today that the double drops do not include exp nor the plating exp mats, so just gonna drink only plating coffee. Even though today I got amazing C.Dmg [4] on Swing Jazz set with amazing subs. But thne agian, I have no money, and leveling S-rank to +15 costs 72k dennies each, cuz xp for denny cost is 1.5x, just the same as in HSR. So maybe Disc Drives, to stockpile for future/or when I have an opportunity to start leveling discs after ik 50 promotion.

  Anton isn't the only one that wants the 4 piece electric set, Grace uses it too. Not to mention both electric stunners can basically use all the discs from there.

  @@CharizardIsTheGoat Not always true. She builds shock so fast, especially in a mono electric team, that its almost redundant to have the 4 piece freedom blues. If you play Grace on-field or in a mono electric team, the electric set is going to do more for you. Freedom blues is definitely the better 4 piece if you are specifically running a disorder team though.

  I wouldn't. If you have Ellen - don't pull Zhu Yuan. They have the same playstyle - stun then burst. Personally i'm already getting bored from the same style of fights, Jane Doe and all disoder/anomaly offer another style of battles. I played with Piper and had so much fun with anomaly style (i don't even have grace). Jane is gonna be 2-3 times crazier than Piper so i'm going for team 1 - traditional stun/burst, team 2 - anomaly/disorder

  I don't have Ellen but I think you should. She is great with the craftable starknight weapon and she is a super mobile and flexible dps. She of course has an ultimate combo that gives max damage but you're not punished that much for failing to do it despite what CC's will have you believe.

  I got lucky with my slot two for ellen and rolled both crits, pen and attack. But going to focus on freedom and puffer for jane and piper i just need to know what substats to look for. Like for anomaly is it anomaly proficiency,pen and both attacks if it can be rolled?

  For piper and Jane as dps you better going for the 4 piece fang set as it skyrockets their damage when they kick off assault. You want to have proficiency on slot 4, physical damage on slot 5 and mastery on slot 6. Look for attack percentage mostly as substat. Ignore crit and crit damage . Haven’t really noticed much impact from pen ae

  I don't think you can get 3 golds at your level, only a chance at 55+ iirc. 45-55 is guaranteed 2 each run. I'm stuck at 43 and really want to have that guarantee for this event My recently acquired Zhu Yuan has legit 0 drives right now😭 I'll be spamming the Chaos metal / Swing jazz for sure tho.

  You can absolutely get 3 golds at 45+, I have done it several times. That’s literally the only point waiting til 45 to start farming drive disks

  With this double event it is for sure worth it unless your DPS are way behind on ascension and skills etc. You're still guaranteed 2 S-rank disk drives twice per day which can make a big difference. If you're lucky you could even get 4 in a run!

  Absolutely. IK 35-40, despite not having the maximum guaranteed S rank discs, everything else is so pitifully inefficient to farm. It's discs all the way.

  4 PC crit set and 2pc ice is slightly better on Ellen than the 4pc ice set. The downside is that the other set with crit is the defense set, which I don't think is particularly good on anyone ATM since even Ben wants shockstar disco

  Am I crazy to be using the plating agent coffee? Have decent disc drives on my dps units and it doubles 6 cards so 120 free battery vs 60 from the other one

  The coffee works for 2 routine cleanups. So both are worth 120 energy.

  Edit: this is inaccurate Yes, the disc drive buff is SO much better. The disk drive works for 2 runs, each at ~60 energy, so you end up getting ~120 energy worth of rewards from that coffee. The plating agent coffee works like the other coffees where it only doubles one of the cards in the run rather than all the rewards, so 20 energy worth of rewards for the coffee. The disc drive one is literally 6 times better

  I just found out the playing works for 6 cards, so both end up being worth similar amounts, which actually makes way more sense. I'd still say disc drives are the better use of resources though

  This Seth gave me lowkey Monster Hunter Charge Blade vibes and I would have absolutely loved it when he was a stunner instead of a defense character because so far I haven't seen any usefulness in playing a defense character.

  I'm waiting for them to fix disorder, because iirc the tutorial says disorder increases the daze meter of the target, and once that is in place, disorder teams don't need a stun agent or assault to get their chain attacks

  Something I think worth mentioning, the stun dmg boost affects anomaly and disorder dmg, so while I think disorder teams can perform well without stun, I wonder if they'll rely on stun agents as well. Maybe we'll get a stun agent that applies decent anomaly too.

  a very good point . . as an example, Jane, Qingyi and Grace . . or Jane Qingyi and Seth could be neat . . Seth could spare 4th disk on anomaly prof., as can Qingyi, since she just need 6th disk to be impact. Then you get double electric, stun multiplier, and a pure anomaly . . this requires Jane to be NEPS tho, and not a another faction

  Jane Doe might be even more unexpected as she has so far been labeled as "Faction Unknown" If I had to guess she could probably have her talent be tied to Class and Element. So Physical/Anomaly or Anomaly/Stun

  Pretty sure her core passive unlocks with a 2nd anomaly. She was made to pair with Grace but Lighter and Miyabi should also come out after as great disorder teammates.

  Lore wise. Imo, Jane Doe being an undercover agent may not benefit on faction but having an anomaly or physical attribute teammate to unlock her additional ability. If She's an undercover agent any faction will do :)

  @@blind0wl123 that part, that she's a double agent is what makes me think of the opposite, even Zhu yuan said they have to be wary of her, but if she is pubsec I'll stfu. Still doesn't explain why they would potentially have two of the same faction members in one patch, they normally spread them out over a few patches.

  Why do people keep ulting with Piper? The raw dmg she does with her ult is a sneeze. If you want assault dmg just use her EX. Save your ult for the actual raw dps

  i mean, isn't the goal for an anomaly team to run without attack unit? . . anomaly ultimates does a whole meter full of anomaly, so great if you need to get that disorder triggered fast, which gives way, way more damage

  Not yet. Its feels like she is like Kafka that apply anomaly fast and she need 1 more Black Swan/anomaly that can apply a different element anomaly fast to trigger Disorder quickly.

  Grace is a sub dps who doesnt require much field time at all. Unlike jane. Also how different anomalies work burn and electric wants to go first to get rid of all the dot meanwhile. Physical wants to go last and its a big frontloaded. So physical x electric makes Backloaded x front loaded

  correct though with her passive and core passive leak she kinda similar to hybrid of kalfka and Archeron her anomaly can crit which makes her bursting and ironically a main dps though she is anomaly most cases grace and piper are considered sub dps.

  A couple weeks ago I was sure I’d pull for Qingyi. I liked her design, I liked her playstyle. Then they showed off Jane Doe’s walking animation and everything changed. But in all seriousness my main team right now is Ellen, Piper, Sokaku since I don’t have Lycoan. So I proc freeze, switch to Piper and spin to cause disorder. So I’m excited to have an upgrade from Piper, because while I love her she has her downsides.

  People are saying that Miyabi most likely will be in 1.3. If that’s the case, then you will most likely be able to pull for both if you haven’t already spent too much on Ellen or Zhu Yuan. So you can probably go for both. I skipped the 1.0 chars and am going for Miyabi and Jane Doe myself.

  Think you’re underselling the ice set for Ellen. The vast majority of her DPS comes from basic and dash attacks. Not sure I agree with anyone that says the crit set is better for her. Is it a future proof set for all ice DPS? No, but it plus the anomaly set is definitely better than B tier. Ellen havers, don’t be afraid to farm this set for her, it slaps

  Ether does get resisted by some machines or humans with armors, depending on what type they are the armor mark 1, mark 2, etc. they can also resist fire or electricity, ice is resisted by some humans, so all types are resisted by some enemy or another, it's just most normal ethereals are week to ether and ice...

  Nah, Jane Doe for me is a skip. I have no Grace and she will be competing with Piper since they are of the same element, so I’ll pull for Qingyi even if I have Lycaon. I could just give my disks to her from my Anby.
