  Ah le petit côté de étouffer dans le bateau est resté le même depuis 30 ans je me souviens qu il faisait chaud dans ces étages pas très haut ça sentait la peinture

  Fantastic quality footage! What was all the background noise though? I was hoping to hear the distinct sound of her engines and rather nice whistle.

  Thank you. It's been over 10 years since I filmed this video, I don't remember exactly. The ambient noise in Dubrovnik certainly comes from ships as well as street traffic, as this harbor area is like a tube reflecting sound off its slopes. Since I can also hear birds, it must have been very loud indeed.

  Yes, it's the same place I've been returning to again and again for many years. I love it so much. When I edited this old video, my PC was not yet capable of HD editing (4K was still completely unknown in the consumer sector at the time). It wasn't until two years later, in 2009, that I was able to edit in HD for the first time.

  Great video and beautiful ship, im a Moby's fan until i was a child and the really "Moby Fantasy" was one of my favourite Moby's ship. I hope that Moby's doesn't remove Looney Tunes from their ships😢

  Why? Everyone has access to Google, Bing or others (including their excellent maps). I already give the date, place, ship name and shipping company as well as basic data of the ship (and usually also the countries and the ferry line on which the ship operates).

  Hallo Carsten, diese Fähre muss es dir irgendwie angetan haben... Ich kann es aber auch verstehen. Klein, fein und gepflegt und immer wieder auf deinen Touren zwischen Korsika und Sardinien dabei.   Hallo André, vielen Dank. Hat es mir diese Fähre irgendwie angetan? Überraschung: Nicht besonders, auch wenn ich kleine, kompakte Fähren mag und dieses Schiff hier schön "knuffig" ist. In meinem (Reise-) Fall war es der einfachste und schnellste Weg nach Sardinien, also eine reine Transportangelegenheit (und Moby fuhr nicht). Ich hatte durchaus andere Varianten ins Auge gefasst, aber im April - jenseits der Hauptsaison - wäre da "nur" wieder Bastia-Livorno und dann Livorno-Olbia oder über andere (irwitzige) Konstruktionen. Gut - kann man als Schiffsverrückter mal machen, aber sooo schlimm finde ich ICHNUSA dann doch nicht. Liebe Grüße! PS: Rückfahrt mit ICHNUSA auf diesem Kanal folgt übrigens am 25.07.2024 - auf dass wir alle noch richtige Fans des Schiffes werden :-)
