Why not use Uber delivery? I'm starting my baking biz but I will rent a commercial kitchen. I can use that address if someone wanted to come by but Uber will be an option, along with UPS next day ground. I've checked the costs and it's very doable .

There are three reasons why I always end up making a fake cake for the kids birthday parties: 1. Time… Having a fake Cake simply gives me more time to work on it because I’m not worried about the inside staying fresh. I can literally make their birthday cakes months in advance and make it as elaborate as I want and work on it as many days as I want because although the decorations are edible, they are most likely made out of fondant, modeling, chocolate, or pastillage, all of which are shelf stable and can last a very long time. I ended up making this cake and a little under two hours at 3 AM the day before the party but that’s besides the point. 🤣 that’s just cause I’m a hard-core procrastinator, but if I wanted to, I could’ve totally made it in advance. 2. It eliminates waste… We all know I’m extra lol and I always want to have a dessert table but I usually only have a few guests coming. if I were to make a tiered cake plus all the desserts that I normally have on the table it would be way too much for the amount of guests. I normally have at my parties. This can help me achieve the overall look of a grandiose cake because I can make it however many tears as I want without encouraging waste, in case I don’t have a lot of guests. 3. It’s economical … did y’all know butter is going for almost 6 dollars for a pack at the grocery store? Who has that kind of money to spend on ingredients to make a big ol’ cake plus all these extra desserts anymore? lol 🤣 I have been using these, Styrofoam dummies for the past few years. These things are pretty much indestructible as long as you care for them. I plan on using them for many years to come. The downside is that they are not biodegradable so definitely not a “green” option. But if you use them over and over again I think it’s a win…

I do the same thing! Everyone eats from the dessert table and then don’t want cake once it’s time 😂😂 my son once told me it was a fake birthday because he had a fake cake

@@JaniesSweets haha right! The whole party doesn’t count because the cake was fake! On their actual birthday I always give them the option of me making them a cake or them decorating their own. They always choose to decorate their own. They love it!

Thank you for so much info provided to us! My question to you is: when it comes to baking powder in the list of the ingredients it stays: "2Tbsp and 2tsp baking powder". Are you sure we should use so much baking powder? For this half a kilo of flour I would have used half of the quantity you wrote.

You should try applying your fondant front the top down (rubbing side to side) instead of pressing in at the sides. You'll eliminate air bubbles significantly because you're essentially rolling the fondant down the side instead of trapping air and creating pockets when pressing from the sides 👌🏽

Hey I was just wondering if you give the contract for every order even small items like cupcakes .. or do you just give an order form without all the policies for the little orders ? I’m just confused what to do for every single order ? Is it just the custom cakes that require the contract ? … Thankyou so much

Do not judge yourselves or your success by views....... You know deep down inside who you are is who you are in your heart when no one's looking and it's only between you n the LORD...... Views were up in huge amounts for everyone 2020 because of quarantine so everyone had a huge dip in 21 because people were coming out of quarantined at home all day..... I'm happy if you're happy no matter what you decide .....most important is your humility and happiness success is being who God wants you to be not whether I'm a great fill in the blank.... Best of life to you
