  break in period on my 850 was exhaust/ tune and going 90mph down the highway 😂

  Break in on all mine was 1 hour of easy riding. After that the tune goes in and I rip it like I stole it. Enjoy love Roush's ! Live in Niles so it's not far. Peace The tunnel under road is where we take a 420 break lol

  I bought a 1985 Suzuki LT250EF from a neighbor kid who beat on the thing. I've had it sitting in my garage for four years, and I'm finally getting close to having it running again. I removed the muffler and exhaust pipe to repair it, and broke off the exhaust bolts in the process. I'm currently rebuilding a used head due to complications getting the exhaust bolts out. When removing the head, I accidentally unsealed the jug base gasket. I'm slowly forcing myself to replace all the seals. I can't wait to drive the thing.

  I have an opportunity to buy an 86 Silver Wing (no title) and an 81 CX500 running with a title. Is it possible to build a silver wing out of the 81 CX by swapping the tank and seat and mounting the faring, saddlebags and trunk from the 86?

  Funny story about that day ! I was there. So I get there, park at the playground area. I unloaded, warmed up the 1000cc quad. Took off rode around for maybe 10 mins. The super tall man made hill there. I went up come down, went around the curve way to fast tried to turn right hit a dirty wall flew forward hitting the throttle cause this big bitch climbed the dirt wall I let off it rolled back stopped and rolled 2 full rolls down a small hill with me. After the dust settled I was on my stomach with this 1000 pound quad landed on its wheels on top of me ! I crawled out gather the broken pieces pulled my bent bars as straight as I could. Ride back to truck loaded went home. A half hour at Roush's cost me over 200 dollars ! Lol Bro I ride there quite a bit. I should have known better.

  I bought an MR 175 new off the show room floor when I was a kid . Loved that bike . Went through clutches , rear tires, chains and sprockets , pistons and rings , brake shoes in the thousands of miles I put on it . Learned my real riding skills on that bike . Nice to hear that engine sound again .

  I recently just did a lot of work on my 1982 Honda GL500 Silverwing, and the last repair was the intake boots. I found some wraps that slide over the cracked rubber ends and used a heatgun on, wrapped it up tight and created a better seal on the carbs. would hardly get out of its way before and now clears 75 without a sweat !!. also ive found that the vibration it gets as you accelerate is due to the air box and filter, Ive installed airpods on mine and it only vibrates now when on throttle and thats all

  Fix that exhaust leak an repack it an that 2 stroke will sing . 2 strokes run sluggish when u have a header pipe leak an unpack exhaust . That be cool if you can find a true expansion chamber an fmf pipe or pro circuit for it

  So quick question. I have the same bike and my sprung a coolant leak today but it sprayed all over my knees which makes it further up. I’m just learning bikes and have already done a lot to it. So my question is what is the other spots that it would be possible to leak from?

  On the left hand side of the motor there is a coolant line that curves up by the carburetor. It connects to the water pump with a oring. That might be the issue

  I've had about a dozen Silverwings over the years. The last one I sold was a GL650I with 106,000 miles on the clock. IMHO it's the best bike Honda ever made. I'd still be riding it but for the parts scarcity. I do a lot of long road trips and the last thing I need is to have a unique part fail in No Hope ND. It would cost more than the bike is worth to retrieve it. I've switched to the closest thing I could find to the Silverwing. Moto Guzzi. Transverse V twin, shaft drive, 5 speed transmission, and detachable bags. One word of advise. If you get it up to 35,000 - 40,000 miles, I'd look very seriously at a new cam chain. They're not available from Honda, but you can get them aftermarket.

  When I was a Police Officer back in 83 I rode a three wheeler with same engine for 4 years. Except for tires and brakes that trike ran great! I even tried to buy the trike when it was retired! Over 120,000 miles! Great idea with Flex seal great content keep up the great videos
