Thank you so much for bringing up the comparisson to Midwest-Emo. I just learned that my preferred Music of the last two to three years is called so and the connection is definitly there. I just started a new PLaythrough becuase is never played the DLC. Sadly this game will never be the same to me as back then. And even that fits the theme of nostalgia. Thanks again for the Video and see you in space cowboy.

Personally, I’ve never played outer wilds- and I don’t think I ever will. I’m just too busy and don’t have the time. The title of this video really stood out to me though, so when I saw it in a playlist on space video essays I was watching, I knew I had to watch it, and I’m glad I did. This put my feelings about my favorite games soundtrack into words I couldn’t myself, because this is the exact way I feel about the Omori soundtrack. A reminder of home, my friends, and a place to return to when times get tough. And yes, the universe is a beautiful place. And I am not afraid to die.

For me my favourite would be the ballad of Windfish, since links awakening DX was my first zelda when I still didn't know english, so it was hard to finish the game lol. The music hits me with the sad as reminds me of all koholint disappearing and I didn't understand why, assuming it was link dreaming ( I was right lol). Still cry to it, specially the game boy version, even tho the remake is great too

The search plays in the southern observatory and is mostly composed in the Nomian instrumentation, but later in the song, you can hear the faint sound of a banjo. You are that banjo. The Slippy and Amanda Wedding being *~questionable~*???? LOL How about the ones where Fox and Krystal break up again and then again? And now even worse??? (I mean, what was up with that particular story point from begin with anyway? The best thing most fans can come up with is "It was just a bad dream" or "Fox gets a McGuffin that lets him reset before the events of Command and fix his mistakes (aka not do them in the first place)", which is just a bad sign for something that is supposedly canon, and has since been renounced as canon BY THE DEVELOPERS THEMSELVES even. (which IS actually kinda sad, but Star Fox DOES deserve a better story than GZSZ)) I do agree that a next Star Fox game should expand on the game play mechanics and refine it more than just having it forced to be a show-off for the console in question's gimmick (ALSO YES INDEED, MORE PLAYABLE CHARACTERS, I personally feel that Adventures would have profited A LOT from having Fox and Krystal actually save Sauria TOGETHER in some sort of optional multiplay co-op), BUT I also don't think that one should remove the Arwing sections. BUT Ninteo should also put its foot down and tell the whiners who dream their retro dream of 64 forever to shut the fuck up, since apparently EVERYTHING Nintendo does is wrong, somehow? Like, I think fans should pick ONE. And Nintendo should probably do the same at this point and just listen to the fans that did like Adventures and Assault, even if they weren't 100% pure-bred on-rail space shooters. Since the fans who complain about Adventures, Assault and Command ALSO complain about 64 getting two remakes (one for the 3DS which is basically just a port and Zero), each one selling worse than the previous one. Maybe an anime series could help. Just go off completely and have like. Studio Trigger or Bones tell that particular space epic across a bunch of seasons and tell us more about the Lylat System and its inhabitants in general.

WTF is this a joke Warcraft 2 first blue mana? Definitely BS. WC2 only used blue because it was already the color being used to represent magic points. And red for life points. Zelda 2 used blue for magic jar which was their magic point version of red hearts used for hp. This includes a blue and white container for magic with red and white for life in that Adventures of Link game.
