  Good video guys 👍 ...when we were there, even though we were All-inclusive, for the last 7 nights were got fed up with hotel buffet and had our evening meals at The Farm, beautiful food. Shame you skipped it. Another evening we had nice 🥩 in O'Shea's

  Hi Lee and Hazel just watched this vlog around the centre in Matagorda, Casa Kike restaurant is Spanish, it’s excellent its our go to place when we are staying nearby you may think it’s pricy but you only pay for quality!! El Molino is great too cheers 🍻

  Been going to CT over 20 years, many times in a year and the standard of food has collapsed due to many of the restaurants in ‘chains’ so same food in each and restaurant managers elsewhere struggle with providing quality as many visitors don't want to pay the price and all inclusive has done a lot of damage to the independents

  Just to add. The Japanese restaurant ( Sapporo ) in the middle of the square is very good. Obviously nothing frozen & if you sit at the Teppanyaki grill all of your food is cooked fresh right in front of you. The Chinese restaurant next door to the Indian ( Hong Kong garden ) IMO is better than the overrated Fu Gui & less expensive too. Most of the Italian restaurants serve up microwaved pasta dishes which is completely wrong. And then they charge you the earth for it. The Steaks in Sirocco are the thing to order. Everything else not that good. Perhaps home dishes like Tapas & Pintxos or Caldereta De Pescado should be tried. Without Chips if poss. ;0)

  Seriously folks. An Italian restaurant serving frozen chips ! Dear me. Onion rings that should of been either fried in batter or breadcrumbs looked like they were cut raw onion rings fried as they came. And to be honest the Lasagne looked awful & possibly microwaved ? The whole thing for 45 odd euros is a joke. Im back in matagorda in a couple of weeks & defo not going there. Or the Indian.

  Great informative video thank you. Maybe next time you’re staying around Matagorda try The Devon always had great traditional food there. Found Fu GUI( in commercial centre) or Fufu best Chinese around that area.

  We love Matagorda we are off there again in September. A good percentage of Restaurants in Matagorda serve great food. We’ve never had a bad meal. Even the hotels we stop at have great food… It’s cheaper than Playa Blanca.

  Can't believe it just seen myself and the misses on 10.50 I'm in the turquoise shorts black vest, what a surreal moment . Been to Los pocilios 5 times in March and never had weather like that but still had a great time plenty of walks ,love the videos keep em coming😎😁

  A filet steak should be medium rare cooked. The steak on the mixed grill was probably a different cut of meat.
