Another fantastic lecture! Whenever I watch your videos I learn so much and feel more confident and excited about my profession. Thanks again Katy! 🙏🙏
Hi Katy, I just purchased the rest of the video, but seems like I only have access to the slides, not the pod.
Love how concise and to the point these are
Thank you for watching!
Hi Katy!! I love your videos! Do you ever take students during their clinical year for an ortho rotation??
Hello! Thank you so much for your kind words. I used to take students all the time, but unfortunately my clinics are so insanely busy. I don’t have time to teach right now.
can you please make something for microbiology and or pharmacology ?
It’s in the plans. Surgery module next, then pharmacology.
PTA student here 💕💕
Excellent video, just got the part 2 as well. Please do a geriatric one.
I should be finishing up my professionalism lecture, and then will be working on surgery after that and then will put geriatrics on the list. Thank you.!
This was a valuable resource to help me pass my pediatric exam for my FNP program. All of your lectures are fantastic! Thanks again for your efforts!

@@katyblairconner is there a website to access similar resources?
You make a big point in the video about psychogenic causes being the most common cause of ED, but my curriculum taught that it's organic causes (often with a psychosocial aspect). My Cecil's textbook agrees. Has the understanding of ED changed since this video, and what's the best way to have the most up to date answers for the PANCE? Great videos, thanks!
Remember that the PANCE information lags by five years. Do not study up-to-date for the PANCE. Medscape is one of the best resources. I would disagree with the assessment that ED is not most commonly caused by psychogenic etiologies. Even if you have organic etiologies, you always have a psychosocial aspect of that. So overall, if it is included with the other etiologies, it would be the most common cause. Particularly in younger patients who do not have diabetes or hypertension or other organic causes, in that demographic psychological causes would be the highest.
Thank you!! The material you present and the volume and pace of your voice is just perfect! Would you consider a flat rate for a lifetime membership? I would pay whatever you priced it at. You make teaching look so easy. After having dozens of bad teachers I know it’s not so easy. Well done‼️ And thank you for making this available!
I do offer a bundle for a flat rate and discounted. It includes two free subject areas. Please see the link at the bottom of the video. Thank you for your kind comment and I appreciate you subscribing!

Hi Katie! Question, is BMI for anorexia >18.5 or 17.5? I am finding 17.5 for anorexia and below 18.5 means underweight but different sources say different things. Thank you!!
Hello! I just re-checked this and yes it looks like there are varying sources on that. We know that 18.5 is underweight so that should start the concern for this disorder but the real diagnostic number is 85% of ideal body weight. Since BMI can greatly depend on age, sex, and ethnicity. The 85% of expected body weight seems to be a more uniform number. Check out this article that makes some useful points on this. truecluster.com/JO/p_bmi99.htm
You are truly the best so amazing ❤
