Instead of a whole new pokemon with even more evolutions, I much prefer the idea of using a pokemon we already have and giving it additional evolutions just to hit the typings that aren't covered by Eevee yet. If it was up to me, I'd give that role to Scyther. What I especially like about using Scyther for this role is that every typing doesn't have to covered by an evolution, because of the way Scyther's evolutions have the same base stat total as Scyther himself, Scyther on his own is still strong and usable with his Bug/Flying typing, and then we have Steel and Rock covered by Scizor and Kleavor. That leaves us with Fighting, Ghost, Poison, Ground and Dragon.
The only one I would give a hard "no" to on this would be adding a forth member to the Creation Trio. We have Time/Space and then the Time-Space Distortion Pokémon. I would never touch that trio and add a 3rd. I'm surprised you didn't do a 7th Regi.

I have a name a idea for the new member of the Creation trio my idea is Spirarina Spira- is from spirit because you based it on the Holy Spirit and the rina- is from Giratina because of how palkia and dailga have similar endings to their names so why don’t Giratina and this Pokémon do the same thing

Btw, a very popular theory is that the original Dragon from Unova was the actual Plasma Pokémon. Which would make the name Team Plasma even more meaningful. And it would make sense considering not only must the original Dragon be crazy powerful (even more than Reshiram transformed, of course), but both Fire and Lightning, which are Reshiram and Zekrom, are a form of Plasma themselves. So it'd make sense that the original Dragon simply released Plasma in its purest form. And honestly, i just love that sm I'd still make it related to the creation trio as well personally and make it a Pure Dragon type, but with an ability that not only worked like Mold Breaker, but also boosted Fire and Electric moves by 50%.
I absolutely love the New Tapu but the ability is stupidly broken with the whole 'burns any grass/bug/steel type'. Honestly, just make it something simpler like Pokémon being blocked from being frozen, the water debuff and fire buff it creates is already plenty anyway
funny that you mention the Tapus as when they were first revealed I thought Magearna would be the Tapu of Aether Paradise artificial, dual fairy, closed form
I think nijiro was created with the wrong intent, I think you meant to make a 4th split from the og dragon, when perhaps it should have been a nemesis to the og dragon, where truth and ideal, combine into thought/philosophy, nijiro should represent choice, or action. And because of this opposition to the og dragon, it should maybe be more imposing, not so slim and fragile. I do think the rainbow theme checks, as the many colours, could represent the many choices one could take.
It could even have sit forms where one is RGB, and the other is CMY. the back story could be where the indecisiveness of a king/queen of an opposing country split it apart. I'm stuck on its 'husk' part, because necrozma alr takes the prism idea. Because apart from represent the abcense of choice just like kyurem is the abcense of thought, I can't think of any other inspirations, other than it either being ghost or normal to show lack or inability to act. Ofc the other two would be good and bad choices
imagine something like if they tried primal reversion while mega evolving would one take over the other or would it be some mixture and end with an even more powerful form

While i love the new design and form of Lugia, i would have chosen a Psychic / Water type, and maybe a name like "Moon Tides form", calling back to it's origin and the Sun theme of Ho-oh. Great Video!

How about by evolving it, since it's an egg after all, what if you have it be incubated or laid on buy some type of Fakemon of a particular type, like for example if a fire type sits on it or keeps it warm by hugging it or whatever, then it will the fire type
