  So sad. But first you have to privide an inspection inside the "leg". Maby the plastic part was broked and the mechanism is not in place. Or some plastic parts stuck in the gear. There is many reasons when the toy is so agile and fragile.

  You are partyaly right. I wrote to Keyi robot for spec. of the brushed motor, send a video of broked plastic parts and... they decided to sent me a new, upgrated version of Loona. For free.

  You should inspect it. If it loose on axis- best way is to glue it or drill a small hole through gear and axis and fix ir by small metal wire or something. But may be there is a loos on axis and small metalic gear.... soldering it will not be so tight. May be you order some exactly gear or all gear reduction on Aliexpress ...

  @@wincas Thanks for the info, but I sold him for parts and never buy a chinese toy or gadget ever again. They are all turn out faulty and they never react on my mails.

  Have had mine for just 6 days and its left arm has stopped working. This is probably the problem. Reaching out to Keyi, as I don’t want to void the warranty after just 6 days.

  So sad. I think you should only inspect and try to repair. May be it will be the same problem. Sending back and return is too long to fully enjoy a toy.

  Easy: Loona app-> Connect to Loona-> tap left up corner on your Loonas name-> choose Settings on left side-> Loona-> Posture calibration

  great test, but I have some advice, A good pilot doesn't test the limits of his aircraft, a good pilot knows the limits of his aircraft. My point is don't try to break your drone..

  Regarding the avoidance on the DJI 2s... thank you for doing the test for me! May have saved me a crash. I learned the hard way never to put my drone in "Sport Mode" unless on miles of flat land. I hit a tree and fell into a deep lake by being in sport mode and forgetting never do that. Cost me $1,000 to learn the hard way!!!

  Because on warranty, service tryed to change front display- no success. Then chage a main box inside somewhere. I think it was very expensive. Now it is all good, but simetimes resores display icons to defoult. No chance to keep customization for a long.
