  Yes, this can apply to all subjects! A caution: don't switch subjects (i.e. study math, then english, then science). Instead, interleave various topics in the same subject area.

  Good video, but the background constantly flashing is super distracting, and I worry about anyone who may be photoepileptic coming here to learn and then finding out they can't watch the video because of a really poor choice of backgrounds.

  Option C. The major weakness of SCT is that it's too broad and fails to properly address emotions and motivations. Hope that helps!
