  It acts as a supercharger and basically forces a lot of air into the intake on the chopper, makes for a louder sound.

  Do you think you can Video tape the Federal siren by Trenton street in New Milford NJ it on the corner of Henley Ave and River Road by Gas station that's were the Fire Department is that we're Gamewell Diaphone use to be now it's off now it's just Siren only use for Fire call and Federal Signal meaning that Fire Fighters must report to Fire Department ASAP for important Meeting it has happened before I've passed by the Company 2s Fire Department in New Milford NJ my hometown Company 1 only has a Gamewell Diaphone to itself only 4 Blasts for Fire call and I'm a Volunteer Fire men for New Milford Fire men

  These Siro Drones are very cool sirens. I really like how people actually look to take care of these sirens and at least put something over it to protect it from the weather. Seeing a federal signal housing on a Siro Drone that probably never had a protective cover on It is such a good thing for the siren community to see. Well done to the fire company for taking the time to actually weatherproof the siren. Also killer ambience and great sound.

  Same sound like New Milford NJ at Company 2 on Trenton Street but we still have the Gamewell Diaphone at Company 1 which still is active today in 2024 . It was Fire Call and Noon test back then and now since Company 2 order a Federal siren it only does Fire signal Type 3 but I've there was a way to do Severe Thunderstorm warnings or Tornado Warning or Watch or Flood warnings or watch or Civil Warning or Civil Defense Hazards Spills

  Back then we had 3 horns for New Milford Fire Department at Company 1 and 2 and the DPW for Fire call or Noon Test I'll start with One Blast and the Fire call and same as Noon test at 12pm at 12:01

  So I'm the guy that maintains this horn system even though I live in Connecticut...yes it is the loudest one around...fed with 140 psi from 2 500 gallon tanks in the basement...there are 2 more horns half mile away at the DPW garage roof which also sound.
