Congrats! I've had mine for 8 months N/A. How's the drive? Does the steering wobble? Planning to lift mine.

Thank you, it drives super solid! I didnt have any issues with wobbles of any sort. It could cruse 75+ down the highway if I wanted it to, but anything above 70 makes my mpg's drop... After your lift it make sure to get a good alignment and refresh any worn suspension parts. Before my trip out to Alaksa I replaced majority of front suspension parts.

Stock stereo, but I did replaced the two front speakers with powerbass OE series 6X9(OE 690D). It’s a DVC 4 ohm speaker with a 3.25” profile(wired up to achieve 8ohms)

Nice grab! Ok, how did you work out with the seller to let you drive back with their plate? I bought my last car private out of state and was sweating bullets the whole way home because I had to use a pice of cardboard and wrote tag applied for on it, haha.

Thank you! I let him know that I was driving it 18+ hours home. Luckily, he was a really nice guy and let me rock it on the way home then I shipped it back to him when I got home.

That’s dope my bro. I’m backpacking tomorrow across Europe for a month as well. I’m tsking 5 t shirts, 4 shorts and 1 long sleeve with 1 pair of jeans. Similar I think to what you are taking. Question. Did you book the cross Europe flights in advance or are you gonna book it a couple days before. I’m also playing it by ear as to how long I’ll be staying in each place. Let me know and safe travels my guy

We did a little bit of both on our trip. If we could plan ahead we would try to book 1-2 weeks + in advance but there was a couple instances when we did not know how long we were going to want to be in one area and played it buy year. Depends on where you are flying out of but most of our floghts were 14-40 dollors USD. Safe travels and have fun!

M40 Engine? I was a little irritated because the spark plugs were screwed in the middle and at the top. Are you sure it's an M40 machine? The engine is more like an M42 with DOHC in 16 valves.

I believe it is the m42. My e30 was a 91. I think the m40 was discontinued by then

Thank you! Im using a TORQx Random Polisher, although I recommend the Rufes polishers. Ive used both in the past and the Rufes was best to work with.
