Saw this e30 on facebook for too good of a price and ended up coming home with it.
Very excited to start this new series and see where the build goes while documenting every part of it.

Thank you! It took sometime to get it to where it was at, but was worth it in the end
I have a ‘91 325i. This video is giving me a lot of insight of what I could also do to better my car. Keep up the good work!

No doubt to my mind.
M40 Engine? I was a little irritated because the spark plugs were screwed in the middle and at the top. Are you sure it's an M40 machine? The engine is more like an M42 with DOHC in 16 valves.

I believe it is the m42. My e30 was a 91. I think the m40 was discontinued by then
Put a m20 in it or. M50

That would be crazy! I've seen a lot of builds with them and feel like there's a fair bit of resources going that route. Sadly the e30 is gone now...
