  Hi! Looking for episode 4 also! Ps... I've done the zones of regulation training and the program encourages all users to avoid the language "get back to the green zone". The idea is that all zones are ok and we can use tools in any zone. Maybe you can update this video to incorporate this concept! These are amazingly well produced videos and very helpful with incorporating so many good things: brain science, hand model of the brain, and zones of regulation! Thank you

  I love this point you made, all zones have value - I think beautiful art and music have been created from the blue zone and athletes break world records with the power of the red and yellow zones. I also wish episode 4 was available!!
