How is this iconic? Who is the architect? Seems like a high end renovation of a classic mid century modern home with most original features taken out. Some of the floors identified as concrete looked like original terrazzo. It feels like soul has been stripped. I would lean more towards 13 million, definitely not 23.

M. Lee; I want to suggest a great MCM house that is for sale that may be you can tour it. Designed by the famous H. Levitt the one that designed houses for many Cinema stars in the ´60´s. Is in La Cañada Flintridge; in the Flintridge avenue. Big and very nice time capsule and "only" asking for 6.5M I think.

The outside is very nice with all those incredible trees. The prime location and that tranquil street can covert that house in a tear down; may be due to is huge some one save it but the price for what realtors ask near that and the big land, is good.

Beverly Hills is centrally located to anything you might want to do in LA, plus it is it’s own municipality with a great police force, and immediate response times. Try calling 911 in LA and you’re on hold for 20 minutes.

It seems like a new construction and during the escrow, due to some liability issue, sometimes the sq-footage can be left out and I think that's the case with this one. I recommend you type the address and go to Zimas - then you can see the dimension there!
