Gazza one of my favorite players as a kid would of gone down as one of the best ever if not for the demon drink. I no as a addict my self how the drink will take away everything u love. The 1990 world cup just shows u what a talent he was. God bless anybody going threw it or have familey who are 👍🤝 Edit sound like gazza add ADHD or somthing like that the not staying still twiching im no doctor but wish him nothing but the best p.s wrote this b4 watching all of part 1 but it was clear as day they should of helpt him out. Look at gazza in the line up in the world cup when he sticks his tonge out and bobby robsen said u carnt do that the next match he add to force his self to not do it and he still couldnt controle his twich. He was let down but we dont no the full story the drink his somthing else only he could stop that i no

I didn’t know about him beating his wife. I loved Gazza even though he played for Rangers and I supported Celtic. If I had known that then I would have lost all respect for him. Not that it would have made any difference to him.

I had just finished my first year at St Andrews when this ''documentary'' came out. I don't think it's very fair. There were a lot of pretentious twats, but a lot of the richer types were actually very nice, and the way this is edited is a little disingenuous. I was from a relatively poor background, but did mix with some of the yars, and they weren't all dismissive and conceited. I love St Andrews, and just made a visit back there. Special, beautiful place. Thanks for putting this on KZread.

Terry Venables ruined his life, put football before someones life. He must of known, well would of known alex Ferguson could and would of looked after him better and should of let him go to Manchester United. This talk here of the bond they had is rubbish, if he was looked after he would not of ended the way he did. Look at Cantona and roy keane two players with much more problems and was handled by Ferguson

Gazza was class but not world class, maybe in patches people will say, but being a great you need consistency, he never scored many or created many even when quite young he played for the likes of rangers, middlesbrough and everton

His paranoia is down to his phone being tapped by the News of the World scum that made him think his own mother was selling stories to the press. Destroyed allot of relationships, not just Gazza. Tabloid press scum should be in prison for what they did, not just the settlements he received in the last few years.

Hoddle should have takem him to France 98. He was amazing, best english midfielder in the country by FAR. It stands out a mile that he has Tourettes, ADHD, OCD. There may be a disassociative disorder in there somewhere too. But the guy was a football genius!
