Hi, I’m a 42 year old and since I was a little kid I’ve always wanted to have the famous car that Michael Knight drove in the series.
I watched Knight rider reruns with my dad, we couldn’t believe the things that talking car could do.
So in 2009 I bought a 1982 pontiac trans am to convert into a KITT replica but after looking at part prices I decided to sell the car.
This year I went to the annual car show in Aylmer Quebec like I do every year. My wife and I were looking at cars when we noticed a KITT K2000 replica right in front of us. We had to check that beauty and talk to the owner.
We talked for a bit and couple of weeks later we became friends. Christan Chenier and I have the same passion. He built is car from scratch and it looks amazing.
So the dream of owning a KITT car came back because of his replica. At one point, Chris told me: « hey, I have another 1983 trans am for sale. If you’re interested I could sell it to you. It’s all it took to convince me. :)

You need voice navigation and other in-car sounds (line modern cars have) in KITT's voice, plus actual cameras in the rear, etc for the tv screens. Basically install modern car features that are integrated with KITT's original dashboard (real online voice and video chat on separate tv screens screens, etc).
@@primalconvoy well for that kind of tech i need my friend to help cause i am not that big of a geek in that department he is more. One of my screen is a back up camera and i have a switcher for my media player the other one is my dvd player for now.
We need AI voice navigation with KITT's voice.

Somone needs to do one with an LLM AI using Kitt's voice and speech recognition.

@@chriswoods8812 sorry to hear about your injury, well i bough a 1984 pontiac firebird there is trans am too, same car with v8 engine, then you buy parts from vendor around the world but before you buy you need to make sure they are real and trust worthy vendor with good feedback because there is scammers. I bought my parts from Canada Quebec because i live there. Its not a cheap hobby but you can do it if i did but i had a good friend helping me to wire the dash and some components like the secondary battery and relays etc.

Always said I would get one but never thought that it would be close to a reality until now. I definitely need to find out the right people so I don't get scammed. Definitely don't want that
