I have the same problem so I jus use 3 bead at a time because that looks hard. I only make Medallions not earrings, but would love to learn the whole earrings.

Sorry for the delay in writing you back I hope you already got your answer. But if you didn't here's what I know. Czech seed beads are going to have some beads that are way too small and some that are way too big. When I find really thin small beads I toss them in the trash and the very large ones I'll set aside for other uses. I only use the mid-range beads and that works well for me. There will also sometimes be misshapen beads and they also go in the trash. Some people take the beads and go through them when they get them and do this process but I do this as I'm beating cuz it's easy for me to tell when they're laying there which ones are too tiny and which ones are way too big or which ones are misshapen.

I love this piece and enjoyed a lot of this video. I must say the constant back and forth of your work made it very difficult for my eyes to focus on what you were doing, plus you kept taking your work off camera to the right so some of what you were doing was lost. Just observations. I hope to see more of your videos with better camera work. Thank you for sharing your talent and video❣️
