  I'm 80 and I grew up eating hamburger noodles!!! Onions, celery and POTATOES. My kids loved it. I took them to a casserole lunch at work once and EVERYONE loved them. Wanted recipe but they couldn't get it right. You have to know how to make noodles, period. We ask used beef , chicken and deer. It's old fashioned cheap and delicious!!! These noodles are delicious in soups too

  Guess I should of watched this video yesterday. I love homemade noodles and make them. Haven't made them in a while so yesterday decided to and I think I overworked mine. They are a little tough. But I'll finish eating them anyways.

  You remind me of my Grannie. My brother and I like to make traditional recipes so we are definitely going to make yours. I read that the noodles can be placed in a Ziploc bag and frozen for future use...is this true?

  Thank you one and all for the kind words. The videographer, Charles Rife, passed away in 2016 so there will be no more videos. He also posted vid on making pie crust, butterscotch pie and cheer pie. Enjoy!

  Thank You! I used to call my mother for this recipe. I never wrote it down because it always gave me another excuse to call her. She passed recently at 96 and I could not remember it today. Thank you Helen and Aunt Gay!

  I love her, she has skills and earned them in life! Im 64, can still remember my grandma making noodles, often. And I think she would pressure cook the meat for them, while the noodles dried on the plastic table cloth just for noodles, on her round oak table.
