Did anyone catch the name of the author (or book) referenced about adding new perspectives to the understanding of the Cuban missile crisis?

I really hope this is a real possibility. I started backing away from doom scrolling Ukraine news everyday and slowly it seems like KZread comments are all saying that Ukraine is losing massive territory and they have no hope of winning or even negotiating a fair peace anymore. I'm very worried that Russia will prevail but maybe this is some very intentional messaging from the alt-right to raise apathy and kill support for Ukraine. Praying for justice and Ukrainian victory. ❤

Watch this video with a chinese hat on and listen to this video...Does the US really come off looking like the good guy here? more like a bully who just wants to remain top dog and only interested in free trade and development when they win from it. The hypocracy is made clear once you see the US actions thinking what if your country was on the recieving end.

Isn’t this the guy who claimed in 2022 that Russia was already devastated permanently? What’s the point discussing a Cold War when your opponent is dead for more than two years

“How to win a new Cold War” is a wrong question to ask, if you want to win. You can’t silly hope that the war will be cold, or you will loose the hot war. Thus, the question to ask, must be “How to win a hot war”.

I don't like the wording of the title. WE are not on a path to war with China, CHINA is on a path to war with us. They could join the nations of the world in order, trade, and prosperity, but they seem to only be able to see things as a zero-sum game.

So potatoes in Russia are up 46% everything in America has been up for 40% for the last couple years and we're not collapsing you have to think that this is a blood fight and a death fight for the Russians and if you think they're just going to collapse and walk away apparently you didn't read much history sir

It can not fall solely on the United States to fund this war. For far too long other NATO members have neglected their minimum GDP defensive spending requirements. Or they've spent the bare minimum and out sourced from others. Kicking that spending up AFTER russia attacks a neighbor is not enough. Munitions and equipment production doesn't fall from the sky the second you spend the money. It takes YEARS to build up a military industrial complex Europe should have been spending more and building the means of producing their own equipment a long LONG time ago. Bottom line, get your shit together Europe.

Jake Broe is propaganda puppet, and his views on the subject should be suspect. As far as the war goes, Ukraine will loose the war; anyone with basic critical reasoning and facts on the ground understand that. To say that Russia will help Ukraine, is crazy. Ukraine has lost manpower resources and will take at least decades to get back on its feet, given the war stops now. Broe's views are very primitive and myopic. As to the Russia's losses, it is hard to fanthom the US losses: Vietnam, Iraq, Afganistan, the natives in pijamas chased the US troops out.

This so-called analyst must hate Russia vehemently. Because everything that's been reported by Western media is Ukraine is losing. Even Ukraine deep state map has Russia advaning in Luhansk & Donetsk oblast. Ukraine running out of soldiers & Ukrainians fighting Not to get conscripted. This guy is a Fraud or smoking some heavy stuff.

forget about economic win. specially with the half-assed sanctions. the poorer the general population is the easier it is for them to find volunteers for army. work on military win. even this dumb command at some point will have to realize that they have almost no tanks left etc

Russian collapse is not a good thing. Margaret Thatcher flew to Moscow in 1989 to tell Gorbachev to send in tanks if necessary to prevent disorderly collapse.
