your exercises are not very good, you will not see good results with them. Because carpal tunnel syndrome problems are due to the cervical spine, which it communicates with through tendons. These tendons are no longer stretched, but tighten at the wrists, which is why they block the palms/hands. Look here, the only miracle exercise that improves the cervical spine and the carpal tunnel. kzread.info/dash/bejne/hX2Ks8yOg7erZc4.html

I know your pain I went to a hand therapist about it over a year ago. They did a hand cast up to the elbow which gave relief but then just kept booking me in for session after session. I finally stopped going due to no improvement. It finally settle on its own but I did something and it again went bad in August and then went back to a physio who didn't make a difference. It would appear to be a very slow issue to resolve and can be extremely costly.:(

I have no clue how he's able to do the 2nd exercise. I have a decent arch, his looks more extreme than mine. Anyway, I'm here bc I'm experiencing soreness from my big toe all the way to my heel. I do a lot of jump rope and burpees, but I'm not certain my soreness is from that. Anyone else can identify with soreness in that area, big toe to heel?

Ok, is there a video that helps you understand how to disengage the hamstrings during glute bridges or other exercises I could do to help get to that. My hamstrings just wont disengage and sometimes cramp during classic and modified bridges.

Hi Joan thanks for the comment, this is standard rehab for pronating ankles/dropped arch/flat arch etc. If you are struggling with this and need one to one direction seek out a physio in your area for direction.

there is no dominance of upper trapezius muscle when it comes to winging. Upper trapezius actually prevent the scapula from winging. If there is excessive depression it is equal to winging. The muscle which might compensate is actually levator scapula. SA, lower and upper traps needs to work together to maintain proper scapula position. Dont forget that Serratus create also upward rotation not only protraction, so the best exercise what u can do for winging scapula is all kind of over head movements.
