Retired Cat skid steer technician and I hope the idea of spray foam on the hoses doesn’t reach a Caterpillar engineer. Hoses have a lifespan that is shorter than the expected lifespan of the machine and I would not want to be the technician that would have to change that hose. Just ask any tire repairman that has come across a foam filled tire. I would like to see the bill from your Caterpillar dealer on that hose replacement.

I agree with the way our judiciary system is working now . Especially the very corrupt judge from Florida , assigned by trump . And how is she doing her job ? However trumpf wants her to do . Never mind how the Constitution states in relation to documents he took .

Mini excavator and something to move dirt.Trackloader, skidloader, even a TLB Kubota, like a B26,you can do a lot of work. Most important, try to buy the best used equipment you can afford.Don't buy someone's clapped out used garbage.Better off to spend a bit more upfront, and keep the machines moving, versus wrenchtime. And don't quit your dayjob to jump in head first, tough it out.

I know what you mean about other road users and trucks, I used to work on a refuse wagon and I’d see all kinds. People hanging around in the blind spots, pulling out from junctions/queues etc suddenly without signalling, undertaking during turns, and, of course, those who intentionally hit their brakes in front of us hoping we’ll run in the back of them so they can file a compensation claim.

Alkaloid? I think you mean alkylate. Either way, a pool fire is not at all representative of what happens in an engine. If all this was truly left behind, your engine would be not make it through a full tank of fuel. Is that not obvious?

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, ideas and videos. Ride alongs are always nice, it’s great to get to see the different places where we all live. Great ride alongs can be found on The Hoof GP. I think He’s located in northern Scotland, he drives a lightweight pickup and the roads are barely wider than his truck. I can’t imagine what driving an actual truck on those roads would be like. Wishing you and your family the best.
