@@crisscoca2241 I found out that my injector is 100% fine, I check compression on this cylinder and found that it has no compression at all.. then opened the camshaft cover and found that the valve spring is broken.. still didn't fix it and i hope that piston was not damaged...

Mine Skoda Octavia 1.6 does the same problem , first of all it didn't want to start , than i remove the sonda from DPF filter and the car started but took 30 min to start . Than i didn't want to believe that is injector problem because there was no error on a computer. So i changed the fuel filter and got better . Now the car starts right away but still there is a little sound and shaking the engine, once the engine gets 60 degrees there is no problem the car goes eazy with no sound nothing .. now i want to check all fuel regulation before i change the injectors ... any advice from where to start with checking the fuel regulation ?

Pozdrav, malo je danas majstora koji bez dijagnostike mogu utvrditi kvar. Problem je kad dijagnostika nista ne pokaze. Moje auto ( VW Sportsvan 1,6 TDI od 2014 ) je bilo po radionicama i niko nezna rijesiti problem. Naime, ujutro kad hladnog upalis motor se drma i trese kao da radi na dva klipa. Dodavanjem gasa i kretanjem motor trza i pojavljuje se zvuk slican zvecarki. Nakon 2 do 3 min nema vise trzanja, auto se normalno ponasa. Promijenjena pumpa goriva. Zelio sam da Vas pitam: Mogu li ovakve siptome uzrokovati dizne ili nesto drugo? Hvala 1

Meni trenutno izbaca check engine, grijace koji trepte, motor mi se trese, ispod mjenjaca nesto pucka i zvecka, ugasi mi kompjuter turbinu, motor mi se trese ko lud i vuče 0. Pretpostavljam da su dizne, međutim sumnjam i na klapnu gasa, pumpu goriva itd…?

@@kenankundo7380 dizna je u pitanju. Provjeri sve 4 preko Dijagnostike da vidiš koja koliko baca goriva i vidjet ćeš da je problem kod njih. Imao sam taj problem kod 2.0 TDI Audi a3 na 290.000km Stavio polovnu diznu i vozio do 389.000 bez ikakvi problema. Prodao Ga i lik još uvijek vozi auto kaže nema nikakvog kvara još na njemu 😂

Good cars if used correct!this means no short trips ,engine must get hot and over 100km/h daily you drive a 1 6 tdi 500 000km with normal issues ! If you drive a diesl vw alot in city 50 a 70 km/h your car get alot broken.

No. The 2.0 81kw and 2.0 103kw/125 kw have bosch injectors! 1.6 have siemens😉

I would recommend changing fuel filter first, there is fuel starvation not faulty injection.. probably bad fuel

Bad injectors can lead to fuel starvation on those cylinders. It's pretty easy to check with diesel return flow equipment (costs about €40).

Injectors are made by Siemens not VW.... The 1.6 cr engine itself is a good one but the Siemens high pressure system is faulty. This engine with replaced injectors is nice, or the later version with Bosch hp system is also good.. can run 500k kms or more.

2012 caddy 1.6tdi - all injectors replaced.. interested in the knowledge behind this but think you may of got brands mixed up.. as far as im aware it is the bosch unit that is faulty, although if there is a Siemens one out there that works, I would like to know for obvious financial reasons lol

My vw caddy 1,6 tdi 2015 , 65.000km , probably the same problem. Just went to mechaniks and whateing for a phone call to finde out what is wrong. Im going mad and this is my secund vw. First Polo 1,2 tsi last for 47.000 km and than the bed chain cased motor damage. Car was fixed for 800 Eur and every half year 1 l oil vas missing. What to buy next? Dachia

l problema è noto su tutte le motorizzazioni 1.6 Tdi gruppo Audi volkswagen seat. Gli inettori lavorano con poco gasolio maggiomente a motore caldo. Valvola EGR molto invasiva e problemi sul FAP. si risolve definitivamente con intervento su centralina motore ottimizzando i parametri senza sostituire gli iniettori. guardate il mio video, testato sulla mia audi a3 1.6 Tdi 105cv. se volete risolvere contattatemi pure

Most injectors from Volkswagen are from the brand named Magnetti Marelli. Thats why they go bad after a while. They are very cheap made from Italy. And some models uses from Bosch they last for ever.

This is a diesel car, so no Magnetti Marelli. These 1.6TDIs have Siemens, Continental or Bosch injectors.

Joshua Garden 1.5 dci from Renault, which is used on Nissan, Dacia and now Mercedes benz uses Delphi injection system and this engine is known as being one of the most reliable diesel engines using common rail injection. So it depends on the implementation, software that each manufacturer chooses. Also, many manufacturers have started to develop and use common rail technology from early 2000s, whereas VW bet on pumpe duse. The car in this video is their first attempt at a smaller CR engine and as you can see, it is not a great first try.

Vlad Mihai I know 1.5 Dci very well, have Clios and Kangoos with that engine in the family, friends, and in the company. In my view they are not that reliable. They are a russian roullette, some give big trouble, others not so. However most of them had injectors replaced well before 250,000 kms. They can last longer however it is very, very uncommon to see a 1.5 dci with original injectors past 300,000 Kms. In contrast a 1.4 D4d with Denso injectors is most likely going to do 300,000 with original injectors. I have a friend with a diesel injection repair house, he tells me Delphi/Lucas is by far the worst system.

Can you please tell me if the problem was at every cold start? The engine was loss in power and noisier until getting a little bit warm? I have the same problem, but only when outside the temperature is between 10-18 °C... when it's hotter or colder starts normal

Modern VWs = Shit , i own a Mk4 Tdi golf and even that is rubbish sensors always failing and fuel pump is crap , best car i ever owned was a car made in France in the 90s called a Citroen ZX Turbo Diesel it looked like crap but was unbrakeable i did 340 thousand miles in it before i gave it away to a friend, i truly believe Modern cars are made to break and cost hard working people money

I was very lucky. I got it changed on waranty one week before the waranty end. But only the two bad injectors. Vw told me if i want to replace all injectors .i have to pay for the rest . But i dont do it because it's expensive like hell in denmark :-( Do have a problem like this whit your injectors ??

Injectors are made by Siemens not VW.... The 1.6 cr engine itself is a good one but the Siemens high pressure system is faulty. This engine with replaced injectors is nice, or the later version with Bosch hp system is also good.. can run 500k kms or more.
2012 caddy 1.6tdi - all injectors replaced.. interested in the knowledge behind this but think you may of got brands mixed up.. as far as im aware it is the bosch unit that is faulty, although if there is a Siemens one out there that works, I would like to know for obvious financial reasons lol

My vw caddy 1,6 tdi 2015 , 65.000km , probably the same problem. Just went to mechaniks and whateing for a phone call to finde out what is wrong. Im going mad and this is my secund vw. First Polo 1,2 tsi last for 47.000 km and than the bed chain cased motor damage. Car was fixed for 800 Eur and every half year 1 l oil vas missing. What to buy next? Dachia

Problem with injectors, should to do calibration edhe Servis all injectors. This one of the reason why we should not drive vw. Stupid car. Japanise car is better!

l problema è noto su tutte le motorizzazioni 1.6 Tdi gruppo Audi volkswagen seat. Gli inettori lavorano con poco gasolio maggiomente a motore caldo. Valvola EGR molto invasiva e problemi sul FAP. si risolve definitivamente con intervento su centralina motore ottimizzando i parametri senza sostituire gli iniettori. guardate il mio video, testato sulla mia audi a3 1.6 Tdi 105cv. se volete risolvere contattatemi pure

@@felixjaramillo6327 si certo che la centralina non rileva nessun errore. Ma per risolvere bisogna intervenire sulla centralina ottimizzando i parametri di gestione della iniettori. Fidati testato e garantito

Most injectors from Volkswagen are from the brand named Magnetti Marelli. Thats why they go bad after a while. They are very cheap made from Italy. And some models uses from Bosch they last for ever.
This is a diesel car, so no Magnetti Marelli. These 1.6TDIs have Siemens, Continental or Bosch injectors.
However, the worst by far are the Lucas/Delphi injection systems. Total cancers. And they are everywhere.
Joshua Garden 1.5 dci from Renault, which is used on Nissan, Dacia and now Mercedes benz uses Delphi injection system and this engine is known as being one of the most reliable diesel engines using common rail injection. So it depends on the implementation, software that each manufacturer chooses. Also, many manufacturers have started to develop and use common rail technology from early 2000s, whereas VW bet on pumpe duse. The car in this video is their first attempt at a smaller CR engine and as you can see, it is not a great first try.
Vlad Mihai I know 1.5 Dci very well, have Clios and Kangoos with that engine in the family, friends, and in the company. In my view they are not that reliable. They are a russian roullette, some give big trouble, others not so. However most of them had injectors replaced well before 250,000 kms. They can last longer however it is very, very uncommon to see a 1.5 dci with original injectors past 300,000 Kms. In contrast a 1.4 D4d with Denso injectors is most likely going to do 300,000 with original injectors. I have a friend with a diesel injection repair house, he tells me Delphi/Lucas is by far the worst system.
In any case, compared to these Siemens crap that fails at 100k they are better. Sure, nothing can beat non PD engines like the venerable alh with rotary pump.

Can you please tell me if the problem was at every cold start? The engine was loss in power and noisier until getting a little bit warm? I have the same problem, but only when outside the temperature is between 10-18 °C... when it's hotter or colder starts normal
Gabi Amo .hello Gabi, it was every time with cold engine and its take about 1 min. before all is normal again. No lost power after that 😀

Hi mate my still do same. But wen the temperature is 43 degrees this issue start.. I changed Camshaft, fuel filter, pump tandem, injectors, and still doing the same..

33k kms and an injector failure in VW Caddy 1.6Tdi 102cv. Just outside warranty and VW have told me to take a running jump. 1100 Euros. Never again.

Modern VWs = Shit , i own a Mk4 Tdi golf and even that is rubbish sensors always failing and fuel pump is crap , best car i ever owned was a car made in France in the 90s called a Citroen ZX Turbo Diesel it looked like crap but was unbrakeable i did 340 thousand miles in it before i gave it away to a friend, i truly believe Modern cars are made to break and cost hard working people money
I have 2004 mazda premacy worst car in history. All rusty engine problems all the time , but out vv golf 6 1.6 tdi running strong after 10 years and 455k kilometers.
All modern cars are overpriced, unreliable crap full of complex and expensive electronic parts. The time where cars were made to last is over. Toyota maybe a bit more reliable but is no exception.
so what you're saying is that every toyota ever build has no problems whatsoever, my family has owned 7 vw or audis to this point and non of them had major problems, the biggest problem i encountered was a bad transmission on a 1.9 tdi a6 but that car had over 300.000 km

Hi, i replace two bad injectors
were they covered by warranty or did you have to pay for them?
I was very lucky. I got it changed on waranty one week before the waranty end. But only the two bad injectors. Vw told me if i want to replace all injectors .i have to pay for the rest . But i dont do it because it's expensive like hell in denmark :-( Do have a problem like this whit your injectors ??
