Great work lads good to see Brittany At work . Mark.
Thank you, Mike the Beater. ❤
On other shooting estates the birds would be shot!!
i wonder during these group hunts, how often are there problems with the BOP trying to attack each other, is that a thing?
its cool to see the people working the dogs and birds to hunt, awesome!
2 @ 2:15 for the war sword's location on the ponder of locomotion.
2 the 5:36 @ _watch?v=
Where and what county were they hunting?
What was the purpose of the tail clip at 2:35

That’s an amazing watch. How long did it take you to feel comfortable that the birds were ready to hunt with?
Great shooting lads. Great seeing the dogs at work.
3:48-3:52 it saw the bird early before it launched look for its head to lock on and tilt.
That’s nuts, but interesting nonetheless.
First time seeing this and wow wow wow.. hoe very impressive and how quickly the hawk picks up the bird for the kill. Real amazing seeing animals and humans work in harmony... Beautiful hawks being able to do what they are good at... Great job gentleman
Such gorgeous, gorgeous landscape, like what you would find in a story book.
Goshawks, not Goshawk's.
Beautiful birds of prey
Goshawk’s what?
Much respect for culture and sport but I’ll stick to my scattergun
Are pheasants that much of a problem?
Now this is falconry I could handle. I think an eagle might knock me over but I'm big enough to handle a goshawk.
Be a lot cooler if they were hunting peasants...
Great shtuff
That Hawk saw that lheasant before the owner did.
My father shot Pheasant with a shotgun and you'd occasionally get a pellet in your mouth eating roast Pheasant, hawking gets around this problem nicely.
Why the bells on the tassles?
As Oscar Wilde might have said paraphrasing himself " the unspeakable in pursuit of the inedible" . And yes peasants I know pheasants are edible
This is awesome
I live on an estate in Scotland and I could literally stealth walk up to a pheasant and kick it with my wellies let alone need a shotgun or Hawk.
As a angler of 50 years that looks brillant fun to me. I love the way sparrow hawks and goshawks can fly at speed through cover in pursuit .lovely vidio .just got my first really good look at a red kite yesterday about 6 miles south of Banbridge on A1 .beautiful bird bit more graceful looking than buzzard
great video, fascinating stuff
It looks like a lot of fun! The bird gets his fill too
You thick blood thirsty barrstards.
Lool what
hawk rips the shit out of the meat. what a waste
Like an olympic standard 100m sprinter chasing an 80 yr old with 2 heavy shopping bags.
this is awsome an old tradition and custom.animals are better listeners than humans...
Hi! This is my new video with my trail cameras kzread.info/dash/bejne/Y2iVyNZucsibobw.html
In fact the goshawks do see their prey much more early than the falconer...he does release the goshawk too late..loosing precious seconds for the hunt!
These guys are sheetrock🐒s
Amazing
Birds must have looked like a sieve. Won't be too much eating there!!
Seems so much easier to just buy a friggin hamburger than having to walk around the sticks under the rain with a bird, a dog and an antenna, and dressed like a moron to boot.
You must be woeful proud of yerselves
Why not go the whole hog and hunt each other? Semi-tame hunters reared by a human hand just like those semi-tame pheasant. The two faced use of tame birds that wouldn't stand a chance if they were wild because they might predate the bloody pheasants is hypocrisy taken to a new level. In this time and this age of overpopulation and pressure on everything wild you both disgust and are, disgusting.
Longtime interest in falconry and hawking!! Once was able to hunt several times with a Gyr falcon trainer taking pheasant and crow! She was almost pure white with dark spots, very strong and would wait on or fly from the fist! Beautiful to watch!
You can tell when the hawk sees the pheasant before the dog flushes it. He gets to take off before you release it.
How do you legally obtain a goshawk?
Goshawks are a forest bird pheasants won't getaway in the brush 😒
