    Avoid seed oils, veg oil such as canola soy safflower sunflower etc. It is made with harsh industrial chemicals and causes insulin resistance hense diabetes among other metabolic diseases such as cancer stroke heart attack, dementia arthritis. Salt is corrosive to the blood vessels and can cause hemorogic strokes. Asians get the most due to their high salt diet Americans get most ischemic strokes I'm the world. Just eat real food. Like an apple but avoid the ones that begin with the number 3. They are sneaking GMO apples and not labeling them. Even after label laws implemented. Grow it your self or find companies you trust.

    The kidney nurse told me to stop baking soda in water, but recommend the tablet form , I tried that , no help, I stopped and continued with baking soda in water, it continued to help he. Now my nephology consultant recommended I continue to do what I am doing . Sodium bicarbonate in water. 1 tablespoon first thing in the morning does work, it helps for decline and acid reflux, I am proof, as I do that every morning. Good luck, science reports in favour of sodium bicarbonate for ckd patient.

    It's interesting that you've found relief with baking soda in water for your kidney health and acid reflux. However, medical advice can vary, so it's crucial to discuss this with your nephrologist or healthcare provider to ensure it's safe and effective for you in the long term. They can provide personalized guidance based on your specific health needs and conditions. Always prioritize your health and follow professional advice to manage your condition effectively.

    It's understandable to feel overwhelmed when navigating dietary advice for kidney health. While it's important to consult your nephrologist for personalized guidance, generally, an anti-inflammatory diet for kidney health includes limiting processed foods, reducing sodium intake, and focusing on fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats like olive oil. Have you discussed specific dietary recommendations with your healthcare team yet?

    Sir in grade 2 fatty liver how much mg of blood sugar will increase in the blood. For eg normal pp sugar is 140. In grade 2 fatty liver how much will be the pp blood sugar approximately

  • @PureNutrition101
    @PureNutrition10115 сағат бұрын

    In grade 2 fatty liver, the impact on blood sugar levels can vary. Fatty liver disease itself doesn't directly cause a specific increase in blood sugar levels like postprandial (PP) sugar. However, if there are associated conditions like insulin resistance or diabetes, blood sugar levels can be affected. It's important to monitor blood sugar levels regularly and consult with a healthcare provider for personalized advice. Have you discussed these concerns with your doctor recently?
