Use the allopathic system for regular testing of blood and urine, then take that information and use nutrition/lifestyle to improve them. 😀 Allopathic medicine is super for emergency care. I want it if I get in a car wreck or need other emergency care since it can save my life. For chronic health issues, it is lousy and just a money making scheme for Big Pill. In fact, it can be anti-healthcare.

@@PureNutrition101 I'm mindful of my diet and I started using a terra cotta pot in which I let my water steep and soak in all the necessary minerals that improve the absorption of water at a cellular level and therefore the kidneys do not get overworked . I always thought of water as plain water, until I read about "dead water" (particularly bottled water) which lacks a lot of minerals that are necessary for the absorption, a problem solved by the terra cotta pot.

@@PureNutrition101 I was first tested 10 years ago, with a GFR of 33. I have been as low as 26 GFR. My wife had been making us quite a few hamburgers. 3 months later the next test was 28, next 3 months was 31,Then my last test i measured a nice 34. A big reason my test improved was cutting back on red meat. I use 1/2 tsp each day baking soda.Put it in my coffee. This saves kidneys having to work so hard. Sodium Bicarbonate is only 1/3 salt.
