  Okay! The giant girlie in the tiny bOAT????? Sha'an!!!!! That gif is too good. I love Notion and definitely already have my systems in place for what I need it for, but your vid gave me ideas of how I can just UP the cuteness level. (Also totally agree that the calendar is not customizable/cute enough in Notion yet 😅)

  I downloaded the template and I love it! I haven't used notion in a long time because it originally didn't sync with Google calendar, but now it does so I just swapped in my linked calendar. I adjusted a few other things for my freelance needs and it's working so well for me. I feel so organized, much easier to keep track of clients and projects - I was just using a spreadsheet before. I love having all of my tasks and calendar in one place with the project tracker. Also I cannot get over the cute gif of the girl in the boat!

  Yes!!!! They're kind of different for me... the physical helps me remember and i can doodle more easily. The physical is for super loose or super solid, digital is flexible yet firm. Maybe brainstorming long firm. Project tracking is easier digitally because it has moving pieves, but physically ur on a different page every day or week so it makes it annoying. Unless ur using post it notes or something? But that seems like tempting fate for them to be lost hahaha.

  Truee, I’m personally finding this notion template so helpful for project tracking already! It’s motivating to move projects along, especially because as a freelancer it’s difficult to feel any progress when working on multiple projects at the same time!

  If you click on the link in her description, it should ask you if you want to add it to an existing workspace. At least that's what it did for me!

  So just finished Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow after your recommendation and loooved it. Thanks for sharing. It reminded me of these books. None of them of course are quite exactly like it but the *vibes* or core ideas of the books felt similar - “love rosie” for its timeline of years and portions of life happening, for the friendship/love between two characters and all the side characters that play a part and are fleshed out. - “One day” similar concept of two people figuring out themselves and each other and the messiness of life and the layered feel of really knowing these individuals. This one also makes me miss the characters and think of them as old friends once I finished, throughout the years, as I feel like I will with Tomorrowx3 - crazy rich Asians trilogy: the style of writing seemed similar in the way the authors are able to describe and paint such layered pictures and create such a visual world around the topic/locations/characters in each books - The husbands: similar in the way that tomorrowx3 felt as if “games” were a character on its own that shaped the book.. this book has a slight sci-fi/philosophical aspect that feels like that as well. The author also writes characters/their quirks that reminded me of tomorrowx3 - the midnight library: similar vibes to “the husbands” it reminded me of tomorrowx3 in the way that you’re living out this characters experiences and looking over their life which causes you to look at your life through a whole new lense. Thanks for your content 🧡it brings so much joy and inspiration

  hi Shan, there is a feature called 'linked view of database' so you don't have to have a bunch of databases that aren't connected. Delete the calendar of posts/ to-dos you have now with a 'linked view of the database' of the 'adventure awaits'. Then you can change the view of 'adventure awaits' as a calendar. You can also change your calendar to a weekly view instead of the monthly which makes it shorter in height. k, bye

  I knew about changing it to weekly but i thought it was more useful to see an overview of a month! However i think its useful for peoppe to see this and know they can do that! Now, the other stuff i didnt know about! I'll have to check it ourt 😈😈😈
