Only thing is not there from Old Outlook is Choose Forms, because My Template is not as good as Choose Forms

why there is no voice gateway in this? its required to call outside your office right? so how to setup that like ribbon sbc etc.

Is there a way to incorporate this with DLP in Purview? I'm in the states and have a DLP policy for GLBA. From what I can tell in Purview, my options are limited. I can notify the user and an admin they've sent sensitive data, but then the only other option I really have is to block the content. Basically, I don't want to encrypt ALL emails, but I would like to automatically encrypt emails that trigger the DLP policy.
Think I found it, it's in the auto-label section, I can auto-label based on GLBA data classifications. They're not bundled up nicely into a single "GLBA" grouping, but I can add them individually to mimic what's available in DLP.
Great video! They are all so helpful. I do have a Business Premium license, but the encryption lock does not show up in my New/Old Outlook or OWA. Any ideas?

so, if we have a bunch of business Standard licenses and also defender for office 365 (Plan 2) would we be losing anything by switching from standard to premium and removing the defender plan 2 since business premium as defender?
You will lose some small features….. but Premium has everything you need.

Great video and I have deleted my folders, set up categories, and started to use the archive feature. I have resisted the new outlook for many reasons but I am willing to try it. Do you have a way to clean up our inbox folder to delete previous emails since Microsoft removed that feature from the new Outlook?

About the encrypted email send to external email (Gmail), i saw that to read the message that external must re-authenticate after click on "Read the message" button. I wonder if the receiver forward that email to other people, can he/she be able to read that message? if yes, then what is the point of encrypting the email?
No, they wouldn’t be able to do that. To read the message, the gmail user has to sign into gmail with their credentials. In the demo, my account was already signed in. Hope that clarifies!

Bearded Microsoft guy, I would like to send 20-30 cold emails a day and would like to avoid these getting into the recipients' spam folders. My website has given me a professional email, which I want to implement in my Office 365 business account. Do you think this move on my part will help me achieve my goals?
They should have upgraded OneNote instead creating yet another app. Loop is just more of microsoft copying other companies and doing so poorly

this is great thank you! atm i use some sort of mish mash ans need to commit to this method! 2 questions if I may: which browser are you using? i don't see to get quite the same options. 2. what do you do with sent items that have important info in them? currently i put them in my w4 folder but i think this is probably multi processing...
I use Edge browser. You can simply leave the sent items and search for them…. Or if you’re sending someone an email with important info on, why don’t you CC yourself into that email so you receive a copy of it…. And you can then categorise and archive!

It’s really bad. I usually love updates and discovering new features. But after two days I went back to the old Outlook.
Doesn't show up on my cloud or (mac) desktop.
Though the devices are corporate and registered with intunes, we are being locked out. Any idea?
What polices do you have setup?

If it can work as a database like in notion, and view elsewhere. So annoying only business- limited functions for anyone else. This is why i go notion or obsidian

Copilot also uses a HUGE amount of datacenter energy/water.
Having been in a team managing a shared inbox in old outlook. we had categories for status, and connected to dynamics, and many folders. How would you deal with that?
The new Outlooks lacks of a ton of useful features. Just one example: I was used to use a lot of shortcut to insert common sentences: tbrg: thank you and best regards dnh: do not hesitate to... etc etc. this is no more possible in the new Outlook. Also very reduced tool bar customization, no VBA and a lot less... M$ should at least keep the old features and add new, not reduce the features... BTW todo integration, delayed e-mails, categories was already included in the old Outlook. Why do you treat them as a new feature? already
Hey mate, any tips on how to get Copilot to pop up into Teams itself? I'm using CoPilot Stand alone app downloaded from the microsoft store, but i cannot figure out how to get the copilot button that you have to show up in teams (or any other microsoft program). Any help?
You need the Copilot for Microsoft 365 license….. it’s about $300 for the year

I don’t think so…
Most of my clients are Apple users, and this is a very good guide to managing their devices. We tend to use Addigy for device management, but if we had more clients in mixed environments we would definitely use InTune more.
