It's a beautiful film but the whole premise is fundamentally flawed. If we were living in a post apocalyptic wasteland, I gaurantee a bunch of women are not going to flee the safety, security, and comfort of the most wealthy and powerful warlord's fortress lair to try their luck in the barren desert. That's stupid, implausible, and it really shatters suspension of disbelief and brings the whole movie down...
Furiosa tells them about the land of abundance, that’s where they think they’re going to end up. So yeah that does sound better than being forcefully bred and used to make warriors.
@@tristandavid2343 in that scenario, they wouldn't have to be forcefully bred. That's my whole point. They'd be lining up for the job. I did like how the movie managed to provide an accurate portrayal of feminism despite itself though. When they found the feminist promised land it was just a few childless old broads dying of loneliness in the desert, scrounging for a pittance...
