The only one i wouldn't follow is the 5th. The last thing i want is to give birth at home alone or in the car on the way 😅😅
Ok but what about a fuckin 14 month baby cluster feeding 24/7 and cries nonstop till she gets it?
21 weeks today, due november 18
Excellent information. Subscribed. My wife is 11 weeks and she is having some of these symptoms. What do you recommend for insomnia?
What is the name of the probiotic you recommended?
I'm 22 weeks ❤😊
I get too full and breathless. I feel so heavy and tired
This video is so raw and beautiful. How in control you are throughout the pain and delivery makes me realize how women are so powerful and capable. I’m only 4 weeks pregnant but this gives me so much hope and encouragement. Thank you ♥️
Im 29th week today pls pray for me thanks

Hey mama warms my heart
I hate that media does that. Are there any shows or movies or anything in the media that portrays a positive birth experience?
Am 30 weeks preagant baby head down 👇 ❤😊❤
Can we heal DR even after many years of pregnancy?
woohoo! 29 weeks today. due september 22!
1st pregnancy, found out I was pregnant at 5 weeks. 1st trimester went by super quick, 2nd trimester went by fast at first and is starting to feel like it's starting to slow down a little but still going by fast. As much as I'm ready to meet this little guy I also don't want it to go by so fast. I've wanted and waited for this baby for 12 years and now that he's coming I want to relish in pregnancy as long as I can even though I will be getting induced anywhere between 36-38 weeks due to chronic hypertension.
I love this help but… I can’t help but think if the baby is ok while you’re doing these exercises… with the position of the body and pushing the belly in like that the baby in there. I’ve started to do these after I had my babies
I'm trying to conceive please pray for me everyone- sending all mom's around the world love and blessings ❤
Im booked for an induction at 42+1 on Monday..... I reslly want to go natural 🤞
Watching this while my baby is at the boob. I'm exhausted.
Wait how is that slightly above my belly button? My son’s foot was in my ribs at my 20 week ultrasound…
I am 4 weeks pp I had my 5th baby but my first birth center water birth. I handled everything well until the ring of fire while in squatting position. It was so painful and I screamed bloody murder 😂I pushed through and they put me in semi recline to let out one more push and the body was out. I want to have another water birth in few years I just want to know how to get through the ring of fire.
5w prego and having brown discharge spotting😢
❤
Thank you for making this video. I love listening to it as I nurse and it helps me deeply relax into it
15 weeks today 💙 time feels like its noving so slow! Lol headaches and trouble sleeping but so exciting
How long does pumped breast milk last and how do we store it?
Experienced RL pain starting 12w and nausea still ruining my days at 14w 😭
10 weeks today! Few days ago I started with electrolytes in my water. I had them in my drawer but was to lazy to use it. GAME CHANGING. I have sooo much more energy then in week 9! I feel a lot better. Few more weeks to go! This time I hope it stays.
I missed my period entirely and have been feeling off. I'm talking unusual back pains, nausea, excessive tiredness, dizziness, random waves of heat or coldness, kinda embarrassing but excessive gassiness and irregular bowl movements. I don't know for sure if I'm pregnant because I took a test and it came out negative but it's been over a month since my last period and I've never experienced these symptoms all at once
For my first labor, I was refused food and water in the hospital- the nurses kept scaring me that I was going to die if I even took a sip of water, even though I kept refusing an epidural. At some point, they offered me a popsicle, but by then I was half dead and couldn’t even hold my head up. Through starvation, dehydration, and a stressful 19 hour labor, I did have my baby completely natural with no epidural nor IV fluids. With my next baby, I definitely will eat and nourish my body! Thank you for the video ❣️
Week 11, thank God for journey mercy
This is so great, Bridget. You are wonderful describing this Lamaze breathwork. I was told to do the hold breathing technique by the hospital. I tried what they said, but realized it wasn't for me. When I breathed doing the Lamaze breath, my baby actually came.
I had my son about 3 months ago at home and I let my contractions push him out. It was a wild feeling! It only took about 16 minutes once the pushing contractions started and I had no tearing and of course a lovely baby boy now!!
will be 29 weeks in 3 days, due date september 14th,2024🎉
I ended up getting an epidural, but kept doing the breathwork I had been practicing during my pregnancy. I would watch the monitor for contractions, then breathe. It helped SO much even though I had an epidural, and I kept progressing along and only pushed a few times, maybe 3 or 4? I tore but since I was already numb I didn't feel it, so I'm thankful for that. So even if you do end up doing a medicated birth, breath work helps!!
Is these exercises good to do before pregnancy too?
Week 5 and 2 days, prayer to have a healthy baby boy 👶 🤲
As a diabetic, can i say no when they "strongly recommend" a medically induced labor? I really want it to happen when the time is right
I wish I could have done all these things. As I was 41 weeks and 2 days pregnant, I was scheduled for a checkp up at the hospital, the baby was bouncing in my belly, the nurse was nervous, called the doctor and he decided to admit me. Next check ups, baby was so relaxed, but my body didn't want to go into labour. They induced the pregnancy with prostaglandine gel and a sort of catheter. After 5 days, my labour started. On Monday I experienced the early labour, Tuesday, active labour, but asked for epidural at 6 cm dilation and gave birth on Wednesday early morning. Baby was fine-ish, we stayed 5 more days. I could sense something was wrong, he was so sleepy. He had an infection and spent 3 days on antibiotics. My water broke very early in labour and that was probably the cause. I would like to add, I gave birth in Germany, my husband was working and benefited from state insurance. I paid nothing for the 11 days spent in hospital.
A lot of your Amazon links aren’t working 😢
Hi, do you travel as a doula?
❤
6 months pregnant?! Wow. You don’t look pregnant at all! Congratulations on baby!
I was in one of these positions when my water broke with my third.
sorry, but every single Diastasis Recti youtube video I find is presented by a young, healthy person who doesn't have the condition. Just once I'd like to see an older person like myself who has a very obvious case, and then go through the exercises with them. I don't have any faith in health and exercise advice coming from someone in their twenties who has yet to suffer the indignities of aging
Oh my goodness…. My son was born in the car accidentally and I 100% experienced this. I was not preparing for a natural birth but it’s what I’m planning for this go-round (baby #3). It was so surreal for my body to be forcing that baby out with no input from myself.
